Don't verbs... places like Applebee's typically enjoy food runners so you probably wouldn't have to do much of that. As long as you hold the right personality for the assignment you should do well. I'm packed up during this time except the volunteer work. What should my resume look like concerning this? Should I detail it as employment (since I received some money) and explain it was volunteer work? Or should it be below a separate heading leaving a opening in my employment, but one that can slickly be explained? What do you think is best?

Actually, I just applied for a employment with the federal affairs of state and I had to transport my transcripts to them. So unlike what the other answerer said, some do request to see your transcripts. I graduated beside a good GPA, but I did hold an F on my transcripts. I was sent an email stating that although I am eligible for the charge, compared to other candidates I will not be referred to the second round. I don't contemplate I can blame that on my F though, just others be better qualified. As long as you had a well-mannered GPA, it should be fine. And if you can D/F repeat any classes, even better.
Don't worry more or less your transcript, but your GPA is really important. You might want to retake some classes if you don't enjoy at least a 3.5.

Having audited small and voluminous firms and written SOX policies for wireless devices for executives, what I can tell you is that it depends on the utility of info being deliver as well- if they review their public firm's confidential finances prior to disclosure, you have more leverage (my guess is 25%, but it is a guess). if it is lately plain email, then most potential would be no premium- but you should ask for one anyway maybe 10-15% - they will want you on 7x24 status. also ask for flex time, bonus, etc. to comp for strange hours.
One thing to save in mind is that working beside executives has the potential to be enormously stressful. They want what they want, when they want it. And they usually don't accept "no" as an answer.

It's completely possible the manager of the logical support team may be seeking to climb the corporate stepladder, on your shoulders. Both you and your manager are within a very noticeable position. You make a mistake, and you're on their "list". So, nearby is a lot of overhead involved.

I reckon a common midwest settle up rate for technical support is around $35-40K. With the added stress, I wouldn't do it for smaller number than $50K. But, it's all going on for what your financial needs are, what type of work you soak up doing, and where you want to live.
It depends on the financial corp. I am suspecting it's an insurance company, since you are contained by Minneapolis. They are usually on the conservative side, also less demanding on staff. "C" smooth support there would probably pay packet $80Kto $120K.

Now if you were "C" stratum support for a NY metro area dissemble fund, you salary would probably be $150K-$250K. But don't expect to enjoy a life, it's would be a 24/7 opening and you wouldn't be home for more than a few days at a time.
