2nd Interview HELP PLEASE!?

Question:
What are some good question to ask on the 2nd interview. I asked mostly all of that come to mind on the 1st. I dont want to walk surrounded by there and own them look at me like Im not interested satisfactory to ask then anything more. I know the benefits, hours, reward, training etc. Anything else that I may have missed to ask?

Mature answers merely please.

Answers:
I would ask questions that would return with a broader answer and then you can for from within. For example: How does you team work together? What is the atmosphere close to in the workplace? Do you hold any development plans for your organization, such as a mentoring program, and/or tuition reimbursement? What challenges should the successful nominee expect to face when placed within the job? Is this position one that will allow me secondary opportunities within the future?
dont they usually ask you the question on the interview like where on earth u have worked be4 and how much u be paid
I cogitate 2nd interview is a good accidental to find more specifics about the charge. I've only have one job that did second interviews, but for that they have me meet citizens and actually totter though the work place. I spent a little time working near the people that be doing basically same living I was going to be doing. I be able to ask awfully specific questions. I'm sure adjectives second interviews are different, but that was my experience.
What managment style do they utilize? Where can this postion thieve you in the adjectives with that company. What is the occupation path approaching for someone coming into that position? Can you train for other things once you have be in your position for a while? What do they expect from untried employees? What can you get done within your first 90 days 180 days and year? What is the work environment close to in their eyes? How have your interviewers career gone since they enjoy been at hand? What do they like best around the company. Good Luck and be sure to ask if they willbe recomending you for the position, and when do they expect to make a ruling?
Wow, that's really a good sign. Most companies reserve the 2nd interview to receive an offer. If I be seeing a potential employee for the 2nd interview I would expect that individual would "be excited around the opportunity" and not expect that this potential employee would hold very abundant extensive further questions, bar start date. also, it is OK to not accept at that completely moment, you can give a 1 time time frame and have timely followup and the foreign employer will respect that in most cases. Good Luck!!

Where can I swot up programming within Assembler for a mainframe?

Question:
I used to program in Assembler on mainframes a long time ago, where on earth can I re-train?

Answers:
It sounds like you're 30 years outdated. Assembler is really only used within embedded systems (like engine sensor systems or wristwatches ) at the moment. I double anyone programs or maintains mainframe assembler.. Consider study C/C++ instead its the "assembler" of the 21st century
go college.. a great deal of places don't use assembler.. c or c++ instead..

or learn assembler for a different processor.. the idea's are primarily the same, a short time ago the syntax , addressing, registers are different.
I doubt that that language/or computers is/are even man used anymore. Most everything is PC/microsoft based.

I enjoy an administrative organization livelihood interview for an engineering firm, any pointers?

Question:
besides make eye contact and dress nice.

Answers:
Brush up on the company, their mission and goal. If there is a explanation that you specifically want to work for this company (i.e. they have a obedient reputation in the pen, good general public working for them, etc.) them make sure you inform them that.

Do NOT ask about net or benefits. If they bring up salary, after give them a right number, but don't ask because it makes you look approaching that's all you consideration about.

Remember the name of the people who interview you and at the wrap up of the interview make sure to say-so, "Ms. Raines, Mr. Smith it was a pleasure to come across you and I hope to hear from you soon." This shows that you are good beside names, a markedly good trait surrounded by an admin!

Give a good grasp when you come in and everyone introduces themselves. Not too tough, but don't be a weeny wristed wimp, any. Shows confidence in a modern situation.

They might get into a "situational" type of interview. It's for a moment harder, but nice because there are no right or wrong answers. The question are generally, "What would you do contained by this situation." and are designed to show how you think. If you can own a reason for your sensitivity, and justify that reasoning, AND enjoy a clear train of thought for getting from point A to point B - that's what they're looking for more than the answer itself. It also shows that you can think on your foot.

If they ask, "Why are you the best applicant for the job?" next tell them!! Tell them that you own this and such experience, you are looking for an environment with advancement possibilities, you enjoy this and such for carreer goals... deal in yourself - because no one will do it for you. It's absolutlely OK to brag yourself up, as long as it's adjectives true and verifiable.

Also - be very nice to the admin or secretary or whoever it is who greets you and asks you to loaf for Mr. Smith. I can guarantee that they'll be asking what she thought.

Ask about turnover rate. Ask why the final person moved out and how long they were nearby. Ask if the people interviewing you will be associates that you report to. So ask intelligent questions that show that you hold thought about things, but more than anything ASK. Ask anything, because it shows that you're trying to draw from more information in proclaim to make an intelligent choice in relation to your future.

Remember that YOU are interviewing THEM as in good health! This is your chance to see if you guess you'll fit into the environment. Even if they offer something to you, you don't hold to take it.

And also know that everything is redeemable! If they offer you 40K a year to start and you want 45K, afterwards tell them that.

So :
1. Dress other. A suit with heels and hose would be nice.(I know it's summer and hot, but you can clutch the suit jacket off once you confer on the building!)

2. Be nice to whoever greets you.

4. Good handshake next to eye contact

5. Remember their names!

6. Use their name when you say goodbye.

7. Ask when they'll be contacting the successful applicant.

8. Ask question about the position and company.

9. Do NOT ask question about the stipend and benefits.

10. Answer the questions honestly. If you have a bad work experience and departed a job, explain that. Explain when and why.

11. The most celebrated point ----- RELAX! You'll be fine. Take a deep breath when you stir in and wow 'em!
Ask Questions. Remember, you are interviewing this company also. Ask roughly benifits, or about the charge detail. If your interested in the position, follow up beside a thank you letter.

Would this message be okay?

Question:
I use to work for a local bowling alley factor time and an accounting office full time. I worked at the bowling center for over a year and I really loved it. The managment repeatedly times said I was one of their best force.
One night I only completely walked out after have an arguenment with another hand and being blamed for something I didn't do. (changing the sched.)
here it is , approaching a year later and I call for a part time employment and two of there 6 force just disappeared. I have tried to obtain a hold of the owner, but she's alsways busy with church and other things. Would it be appropriate to confer on this note ion her desk:
I be just writing because I be interested in working for you again, when you enjoy an opening. I know that within the past I did not walk out in the best turns. I hold changed a good bit and sorted through several personal things that be causing stress. If you are within need of a constituent time employee I would be more than liable to work for you and Paul again. Until the end of August I am available Monday-Thursday after 5:00. On Friday’s I am available after 12:00. I am also available at any time on Saturday or Sunday. I am planning on taking a few hours of darkness classes during the week, but I have not sign up for them however. I am willing to plan my conservatory schedule around my work diary if needed. Please give me a telephone if you have an channel.

Answers:
Sounds good to me, I'd endow with you a chance. However, build sure you spell everything correctly to sound professional.
Examples: "did not exit on the best TERMS"
"having an ARGUMENT"
"enjoy not signED up for them yet"

I didn't put them in income letters to "scream", basically to show you the exact words. Good Luck!
Not being overly critical do a sentence structure check, What I would do, is, since you know she attnds church wait for her outside of near. Shows humility, pull her to the side, after church since immediately she willbe in a better mood, in recent times explain to her why you left and that you know it be a mistake and that you are sorry. Say that you understand that she is currently contained by need of aa subdivision time employee and that you would close to to come back if she would pinch you. She will give it to you, you deserve it.
You said that be regarded as one of their best human resources so maybe you should mention why they should hire you again. You know..how you benefited the business when you worked in attendance. Just a thought..Oh and I would definately talk to her surrounded by person as someone else noted early. Good luck.
Change "in the best turns" to "on the best terms", otherwise I guess the letter is ok (be sure to put their pet name on the top and "Sincerely, {Your name}" on the bottom. Also,I'm not sure I would say the chunk about sorting through personal things & stress; instead I'd be honest roughly speaking what happened - I have a disagreement with another member of staff over whatever, I believe I have a valid point in the argument but I be still wrong to walk out on my duty and I am very sorry nearly this. I have since knowledgeable this was the wrong item to do and promise I will never leave you (or anyone else) surrounded by such a bind ... etc. I guess I just expect be honest about what happen but still admit you made a mistake.

Still, if at adjectives possible I would continue to try to draw together the boss when she is in her bureau or at least send for her. Calling or seeing her face to facade is much more personal and I really think it will up your likelihood if you do it one of these ways.

Best luck.
I think that would be fine. You might supply an apology for the way you gone. Otherwise I think it is fine.

Good Luck.
Don't put surrounded by the letter that you own changed and that you were sorting through personal issues. Save that for the frontage to face dialogue. Just dispatch the letter requesting if near is an opening and that you would be healthy to work for her again. You may say: " I am writing to see if you enjoy an opening. I enjoy worked for you in olden times and would enjoy the prospect to work for you again as I enjoyed my time here. If you are in entail of a part time member of staff, you may contact me at..." Leave it at that...direct and to the point. You can talk around the other stuff when and if she calls you.

While sitting contained by your barely audible organization, you slowly consent to one rip, and out of nowwhere a coworker walk contained by. Now what?

Question:

Answers:
Own it. Farts are funny. Anyone who says they aren't are liars.
I didn't hear anything. :)
ring out the doorway "Geez Bob, that echoed adjectives way into here"!
keep hold of some fabreeze in your organization for quick sprays.
grasp some lotion or antibacterial hand soap and start using it so it kill the smell and they smell that instead of the fart. hahah.
hahaha. "OMG MOVE I FARTED!"
Warn them QUICKLY. Dude you might want to come back when the heavens is a little clearer.
When this have happened to me within the past, I basically announce to them: stand back bcuz I basically cut the cheese!"
Tell the truth-There is a smell every so often today and because it go away you do not want to locate it!
We used to say-Breathe the fresh air! lol
Politely speak about them you would not recommend coming any closer, they will know.

After that the fart barrier next to them will be gone and you can fart at will around them and laugh.
They smell your fart... LOL!
i guess you voice excuse me .
Splash some water on your facade and tell them you in recent times ate fifteen spicy bean burritos
Tell him/her that you were lately about to seize a drink of water and stride out of your office... don't stride too close to them coz they might get a see!
Just say "I wouldn't come over here right very soon if I were you" while swinging your appendage back and forth.
Say your boss simply left and ripped one!
Pretend it didn't take place, and next time control yourself, or progress to the John.
Just pretend like nil happend. Maybe they didn't hear it. I know people hold ripped one off contained by front of me, and they acted like nought happend. So, I didn't bring it up either.
I would say aloud it would be a good time to attain up and start walking towards the door, as if you have some place to jump. But then again If this is something you do slightly often, I would suggest you maintain air fresheners surrounded by your office.

Do you love your position? Or walk to work respectively light of day beside a awareness of dread?

Question:
What kind of work do you do? Do you love it? Despise it? What occupation would make you happier?

Answers:
I love the situation, but hate the drama.

I work as a Real Estate Credit Analyst at a mound. Everyone that I work with is sooo dramatic. I can't even score my butt without someone relating the boss about it and these folks are like surrounded by their 50's! They act similar to a bunch of kids.

Sometimes I think I would prefer to work within a communications field close to...broadcasting or something.
Dread dread dread dread dread.
I like my situation and would be bored not doing it. Would like more pay cheque.
Bagel shop. It's good for the most part of a set, depends who you're working with most of the time. Overall it's a pretty righteous feeling.
I'm a Telecommunications Specialist and I LOVE my mission!
I love my work... I am a Staff Accountant.. The Careeer that would make me pleased is to have my own business...
I in actual fact ended up quitting my profession last Monday because of MANY reason. I worked fast food (dont verbs, Im a teen) for a summer job and everything in the order of it sucked. I don't ever recommend it. I used to go within every day dreading it.
I conscript for a small company and I love it, wouldnt change for zilch since they are good to me and donate me career advancement into HR and they allow lots of flexibility.
No, dread it, Human Resources (aka paperpushing), its ok a short time ago boring, despise some of the people, would wallow in something that's more interesting but can't decide what--til afterwards I show up, they pay me--lol
hola!
i'm out of commission
i'm 15 years old
so
sorry.
Dread. I work retail constituent time and am looking for full time work. I hate working. I dislike wasting my life, sitting surrounded by some stupid place doing work for someone else. You never know when something bad is going to evolve, so you should live each light of day to your fullest, doing things you enjoy next to people you soak up being next to. But we can't do that in this reduction. We have to dissipate all sorts of time away from inhabitants and things we love to be able to obtain money. Ironically, you spend so much of your life at work (full time), that you are too tired and don't enjoy the time to do what it is you want to do for fun! It is a horrible way of duration. People should not have to live similar to this. It sucks.

I deally, I would love to be a housewife. But as the world sucks, then I would love to know how to work as a horseback rider, exercise rider, etc. It would be awesome to go to work everyday and do something that you savour. Then it isn't such a waste of life span. I know there are a few inhabitants out there who draw from to be paid for something they wallow in, but what I enjoy freshly doesn't have the opening market. So I enjoy to waste my life span away.
I was a Research Consultant at a company call Gilmore Research. I hated it, my work duties, and the pay. This is a career i would not recommend to my worst enemy! What pissed me past its sell-by date more was the channel i was terminated! I get a call from my temp worker and they told me that they no longer required me. So, to hell with them. I would resembling to say that i'll see my superintendent in hell, but i won't see her because i won't be nearby. She will! The career that would spawn me happy would me human being manager over a business, or hitting the lottery and living approaching a fat, glowing rat for the rest of my life!
Interesting Question.

I work at a nickname center making hotel reservations for 3-4 star hotels around the world. It tends to be rather repetitive and the pay is single 8.50 an hour. Lately there have been closely of overtime offered at double pay and I own been taking as much as I can muster. The livelihood does not stress me out generally, the plane of supervision is low so there isn't much criticism. I must plead guilty I find the job much more palpable presently that I am taking a university course on the side, it keeps me affianced on the slow days and they are quite strict as to what you can do between phone call on slow days.

In summary, the job is not confrontational or stressful, which is a plus, but at the same time near is too little change to hold on to one engaged. On slow days if you enjoy nothing adjectives to do it can feel resembling a form of prison, tortured by your boredom.

Self employment concept?

Question:
All 4 kids will be in conservatory come August which means after 10 years of one at home I can finally get a assignment. Wherein lies the problem. I would like to be self-employed because I estimate I will have a strong time finding a job where on earth I will be able to be past its sell-by date when school is out. I enjoy tried to work at the school (crazy lunchroon lady) but at hand are no openings. I don't trust my self to drive a bus. (bad vision) So anybody out near have an unusual commission that would work with my schedual? I've tried the surveys and I HATE cashcrate, treasuretrooper and those other sites. Thanks for your input!!
I hold also tried cleaning houses in times gone by. I put out notices but beside no response and after 10 years I would rather not babysit contained by my home.

I think you should try cleaning houses, or even small business. A lot of small business if truth be told prefer if you come in during the sunshine to do cleaning so they can make sure someone is within the office.

This time, instead of a short time ago only sending out flyers, really travel for it. Gather a list of small businesses and do a mass mail. Then, about a week latter start calling. You should have a signature for your business, it looks more professional. Just say "Hi, I'm SoAndSo near 'Busy Bee Cleaning Service' and I wanted to see if you have any need for cleaning services." Offer to provide them beside a free estimate. You can also find out how much they are already paying for cleaning services so you can set your own prices accordingly.

Being successful at something similar to this really has deeply to do with your own drive and the amount to which you put yourself out within and market your business. Sometimes you enjoy to go out and snatch the customers yourself, they aren't always going to come to you, especially not at first.

So doesn`t matter what you decide to do, of late keep that surrounded by mind.

Question:
Can somebody else [voluntarily] foot the bill for a website when I am the one creating the website?
(since I do not own a credit card)

Answers:
Yes, someone else can use their credit card to pay for your website since you don't own a credit card. :)
Not really!
Corporations are tariff entities that have nought to do with the credit card industry.

Ultimately adjectives companies doing business in the US must allow you to pay cheque cash contained by some form - but they don't have to bring in it easy.

Companies providing pattern services are no different. "Legal for all debts, public and private" is might annoying when you're trying to setup a computer-only business, but it is a certainty of life.
