How do salesmen greet customers n do their sale pitch?

Question:

Answers:
a casual approach works best, too much formality make people discern like they're buying something.
Courteously, beside a smile and a firm hand shake, NOT CRUSHING (especially beside older relatives !!), a moderately level sung volume, LOOK THE CUSTOMER IN THE EYE, DO NOT TRY ANY OF THE PRESSURE TACTICS !!, ASK and find out what the customer has surrounded by their mind, AND THEN locate the (item/s) supply you have available ! hope this help.

taoist.1973 is right
All of those career can make you money, but none are WORTH doing (they adjectives have really low VALUE to the world). Why don't you pick something that will help folks (Teacher, doctor, police, firefighter, etc.). The world has far too various worthless careers, and not ample of the WORTHY ones. Unless you want to be a NEWS photographer, and expose political corruption.

Please don't make a self-centred decision.
unless you are approaching the "best of the best" in those career you can realistically expect to make an average of $20,000 a year. If you are looking for career that make the most money consider:

Can I be fired if my current employer finds my resume on a jobsite?

Question:

Answers:
Most states are a right to work state, which means you can be fired at any time for any sense.

UPDATE
Sorry, I said right to work when I should have said employment at will. Here is info from the Dept of Labor.

The employment-at-will doctrine:
three core exceptions
In the United States, employees short a written
employment contract generally can be fired
for worthy cause, desperate cause, or no raison d`¨ºtre at all;
judicial exceptions to the rule wish
to prevent wrongful terminations

Here is the brochure.

http://www.bls.gov/opub/mlr/2001/01/art1...

Sorry again for using the wrong term. Right to work is a state tenet that prohibits required union memberships.
No. No ways. everybody have the right to look for the best suited job for self. nil wrong with it. you should not muse about it. dont be afraid and apply for the brief u want.
all the best.
Normally an employer have the right to terminate employment for well brought-up reason, impossible reason, or no grounds. Which means that yes, they can fire you for posting your resume. Check and see if you live contained by a "right to work state."
No, just speech to your employer that you are currently looking for another position and just give an account him/her why are you leaving your current position. That track you can keep your position formerly you land your subsequent position.Good luck
No - however you want to make sure that they don't find you posting or working on it during work. Then it can be considered misuse of company equipment (computer).

Are my First Amendment rights mortal violated?

Question:
I work in staffing and see candidate and clients daily. I just now met with a competitor who told me she wrote a book and invited my opinion, giving me her website. When I expressed my judgment (nicely) that differed from hers, this being on my own time and on my own email, she complained to my employer that I be discriminating against her and wanted an apology. My employer have instructed me not to discuss religion or politics with candidate or clients regardless whether its on work time or personal time. Is this infringing on my right to free speech and my own TItle 7 rights?

Answers:
No - what you do on your own time - is on your own time. While working for someone else - they can put certain restrictions on discussions within the work place in command to facilitate a smoother operation.
What you say to anyone outside of work is your business and your business singular.
I can see this from your employer's point of view. Because you met the woman at your work your representing your company. Even if it's on your own time and unrelated to the employment thoes clients relate you to the company. If you said something to offend one of them they could well take their buisness to another company.
I don't contemplate your boss is out of line when asking you to avoid thoes subjects near clients because they are probably the biggest causes of confrintation, he's only trying to do what's best for his company.
I'm convinced you haven't read the Constitution and the First Amendment in expert.

That said, you're acting foolishly. Decide what's more important, your mission or your so-called right to free speech. Puh-leeze.
Your employer cannot violate your first amendment rights, only the system can.
no, you are paid to save clients, not lose them. If you were dating a contact, you could be fired. be aware that most states enjoy "right to work" laws, which scheme you can be fired for any reason near no notice. hold your personal life seperate and hide away politics etc. for friends. Today, people become affronted and offer despise speech to those who disagree with them and companies are so afraid, they will fire ethnic group with no substantiation of reality. I didn't ever believe this until I heard someone narrate a story about human being accused of rape. A man be arrested for a crime with no witness, no evidence and no corroboration. As it turned out, the girl considered necessary to get hindmost at him, but he was arrested base on her lies. think almost it and be careful what you enunciate......

What should I right to be heard to someone who I'm asking to write a note of opinion for me?

Question:
I need 2 packages of recommendation and I'm sensitive of shy to ask people lol.

Answers:
There are not to abundant people surrounded by this world who would be unhappy if asked to write a memo of recommendation. If certainty most people would be honored to do it. Just travel up to the individuals you need to write the parcels and ask them.
don't be...people will be glad to back if you know them and tell them you really entail it or want it...
Start off by asking the what you are trying to do. Let the personage know that they are requesting a letter of counsel. Tell the person you would be honored if they would write you a missive.

In addition, proposition to create a draft or a list of merits that you posses that will help them surrounded by producing a letter. When I am asked to write a communication or recommendation, at hand is so much to write, but you wonder what the person truly wants to be reflect.

If they are someone you know and fond of you, they should be honored to write you a letter.
First rotten, ask a reliable person (one that you hold worked for or knows your work record) who will grant you an excellent reference.

Just speak about them you need a Letter of Recommendation and would they write one for you. Easy! If they know you and are glowing with your work register, they will be very chirpy to do this for you.
When choosing someone to write your recommendation notification, you will want to look for specific qualities:

First and foremost, you will want to find someone who is a accurate writer. A good writer will know how to create a well-organized and well-written guidance letter.
Find someone who know you well. The human being writing your recommendation memo must be able to describe you, your individuality, your work, or your academic potential surrounded by detail.
This one is obvious-- choose someone who has a soaring opinion of you. Your guidance letter must show you within a positive light.

Choose culture you are sure will recommend you favorably. If you are in doubt going on for the kind of counsel the referee will write, ask them honestly.
Identify yourself. If it have been a while since you’ve be in contact beside the person, identify yourself and relate when and how you know the person you are asking for a suggestion from. For example, you might provide a summary of memorable interactions: "My final project be the one that..." or "I came to organization hours and we talked something like..."
Ask for a letter in good health before the date it is due. Nothing is more irritating to the intermediary than to be asked to write a letter of guidance under pressure. If at hand are deadlines requisite for you to be considered for a position, be sure to let your insinuation know. Ideally, you want to ask for the reference at lowest one month in finance of your deadline.
Ask the referee cordially and formally for their minister to. A scribbled note slipped underneath the door with "I stipulation these 10 letters out by Friday" will not suggest the kindest suggestion. You are requesting a significant effort; do it politely and near consideration for your referee’s schedule.
Provide information. Be sure to supply the following information: a resume, a chronicle of major classes taken from the adjudicator (also when and grade earned), a statement of trade interests and goals, and anything else which would serve to identify you and your strengths. Be sure to indicate for what purpose the message is being written, (e.g., medical conservatory, graduate school, lab technician, etc.). The more specific the purpose, the more specific (and relevant) the dispatch will be.
Provide the full name, title, and complete address of the soul to whom a reference memorandum should be written. This is important—a brilliant recommendation that go to the wrong place or person is useless.
Ask say-so. Ask your reference for authorization to use their label as a reference up to that time giving it out.

If you are filling out a hint form, be sure to mark the form "confidential" or "not confidential," depending on whether or not you hold waived your right to review the mention. It is recommended that you waive your rights to read the letter or form--recipients place more credence on parcels that are not read by applicants.
Lastly, always dispatch a brief thank you note to your reference. This is a basic courtesy for anyone who help you along the way.

Job interview suggestion?

Question:
i have this interview on after three weeks ... what do u insist on me to do in directive to be prepared for it ... i really REALLY want to have this charge ...

i have be interviewed for this job by the Human Resource guy ... asked me some question about my self and and also asked me to come up next to a solution for a problem ... i felt i did ok so far

i still enjoy to attend another interview with my potential adjectives boss ... i need to start out the interview with a correct impression .

i don't own working experience , however the Human Resource guy that the boss is specifically looking for some one with no experience ... i quote "if you own experience you probably won't get the the job" ... so i assumed that in attendance will be lots of training.

how can i improve my likelihood for getting this job? i plan i preparation terms.

the opening is base at a big grease exploration and production company

Answers:
1) Learn everything you can about the company: its history, what issues it face, what issues its industry faces (if it is a publicly traded company, you can start following relevant report by looking up its symbol on Yahoo Finance).
2) When you meet up to interview next to your potential future boss, don't be shy more or less letting him/her know that you really want this job and that you are really hesitant. Before hand, practice how you will right to be heard this in a conversational approach.
3) Practice answering example questions (see http://jobsearch.going on for.com/od/interviewq... and similar sites). Be sure to practice answering them honestly (with the best spin, of course).
4) If you have long-suffering friends, have them ask you some example question and practice answering. As you do this, focus on really listening to the press and allowing yourself a little time to bring together your thoughts prior to speaking. Afterward, ask your friend to comment about your timing, distribution, posture, etc.

Good luck!
Sounds like you hold the basic literary requirements for the job. If you do not enjoy experience and they're looking for someone to train...that sounds like a righteous fit, too. So the playing field seem to be set to your advantage.

You especially want to impress the boss next to your enthusiasm, dedication and integrity...prepare yourself to answer his questions near these things in mind. If you own no other job experience to leak back on, you'll want to illustrate your righteous qualities next to anecdotes from school, from your bygone experience with community service, scouting, etc. Often interviewers ask things similar to: "tell me in the region of an incident in the recent past when you overcame an obstacle." Think nearly how you will answer questions approaching this and what examples you might use.

Also...do the following to leave the best possible first indentation: dress conservatively, get a hairstyle, polish your shoes, be on time (15 minutes early), turn stale your cellphone during the interview and send a thank you make a note of after the interview.
Sounds to me as though they're after someone who displays the fundamental skills (logic, initiative, common sense, analysis) and also have the right kind of attitude (enthusiastic, punctual, determined) so you lately need to show up prompt, be interested in their business and the role that you've applied for and display somewhat knowledge of the business sector but most of adjectives, make them aware of your readiness to learn and develop.

Best of luck ..and stay positive!
