Why can't you do both. There are copious programs designed for the working professional. I attended college and graduate school while working at one company. I finished up making a 6 figure earnings at the same company.
Its a personal choice and nouns. If you have ample to see you through and get a available job the other end, why not. You can other do it apre time including degree and seize paid at one and the same time. If you find that is too much you will be alittle further on within money and course work.
It sounds like you already know what to do.
Do both. Stay within your current job AND pursue further coaching. Study part-time at a local college (evening class) or by correspondence. Have you considered the Open University? I recommend the OU most outstandingly.
