Your answers make you come across as someone enormously young next to very little experience trying to hand over advice to her peers. Try thinking going on for your responses more before you post them. Read them through completely at lowest possible twice - once for content and once for spelling and grammar errors. And use your spell check! I notice several spelling errors in your responses. Particularly in the UK, it is ridiculous.
There are abundant enthusiastic and hardworking teens out there that are looking for a part/full time living, most particularly within area such as retail, cleaning, restaurant/bar work/waiting... ect... you know, the simple job that don’t require that much training or qualifications (comparing to a career), and go and get absolutely no where on earth, and get turned down.
Everyone have to start somewhere, and most if not adjectives of those out there that are starting out carry turned down all the time, every time. The point of companies wanting those will maximum experience is graspable, but if they want people next to experience and are not willing to conscript school/college leavers then they should clearly state that, but they wont because they hang on to it on the low, until they read your cv and see you have no experience but ready to learn, and turn you down anyway.
And the rule moans about how frequent yobs are on the streets, its for that apology alone. Due to the job industries corruption, biasness and inequality.
And if you want to challenge my statement, jump and ask all of those on benefit people out within that look for a job on a day after day bases and take turned down due to a variety of obscured reason such as race, religion, experience, sex, and even training status (which is illegal, but they still do it).

East Europeans are the reason. In the small town close to where I live surrounded by the central Highlands Scotland the teenagers who other got the evening and weekend job in the super bazaar to earn their own money cant get a career now because the place is over run near East Europeans even the council houses are going to them because they are now have babies and get priority and the local folk that own been on the waiting catalogue for years cant get a house.
I'm 22 contained by the US and I agree with everything you said. I tried to catch a different summer job this year b/c I work within a shitty office career LOL...and I couldn't even find a job waitressing or working contained by retail, so I ended up hindmost at my boring dead pause job. I feel I was without fault qualified...I have a apposite amount of work experience, not a lot of gap in employment history, plus my employer have other said good things something like me. It sucks when you still can't get hired even near all that.
I'm so tired of illegals and clearly underqualified citizens getting the advantages in the work force. Then again, I also deliberate the "who you know" mentality is old and should be retired. It's other people who don't deserve the job getting them b/c of who they know. It's sickening.

Hi, i currently got hired for a available job at Macy's Deparment Store. I wanted to know if they drug trial their employees when they are first hired, or subsequent on during their job. I required to know this becuase they didnt tell me in that was a drug exam that i had to embezzle (because others use pre employment Drug Testing), and also it didnt say it on the application solitary a criminal back ground check.. so if you could please report me i would appreciate it! thank you!

It all depends on the store, some do some don't, it really depends on the turnover rate and how desperate they are for staff. If you are applying for a clerical position, they might give you one, but for something approaching cashier, they probably will not bother. Either road, I would assume that they will check (just to be on the safe side, since policies do change).
I didn't own to get drug tested when I get hired, and none of my co-workers did either. So I don't suggest you have to any.
