Hello peeps! I hold a major dilemma! I enjoy a job interiew on Tuesday morning for a squad managers charge at a call core (a job which i own done before) however as part of the conscription process they have asked me to do a 10 minute presentation which details;
"What approach would you help yourself to to driving and exceeding sales target whilst maintaining the utmost levels of hand engagement. Detail any tools and techniques you would use and provide an overview of how you would use them surrounded by your approach"

It's mundane, I suppose. I'm 21 myself, and am going through something similar. What I've seen that really works (more than bs aptitude tests) is in actual fact trying out different things as far as work, hobbies, classes etc. Get a really challenging commission, enroll in interesting classes and start grotesque hobbies. Many people are hesitant for so long only because adjectives they do is party and hold a good time. When you hold mastered your present position and there is no prospect of a promotion or make higher, and you are becoming bored with what you do. Then you should start off looking, but do not quit until you have successfully found the unusual job.
