Help near my sale presentation!?

Question:
Hello peeps! I hold a major dilemma! I enjoy a job interiew on Tuesday morning for a squad managers charge at a call core (a job which i own done before) however as part of the conscription process they have asked me to do a 10 minute presentation which details;

"What approach would you help yourself to to driving and exceeding sales target whilst maintaining the utmost levels of hand engagement. Detail any tools and techniques you would use and provide an overview of how you would use them surrounded by your approach"

The presentation should take no longer than 10 mins and you should be prepared for a interrogate and answer session following your presentation.
If hand outs are used please goal them to 5 pages

I hold no idea what to do for it! Does anyone know any apposite websites to get tips or hints? Even if you hold any bright ideas as to how to approach it or experience in this area! Any assist is greatly appriciated!

Thank you so much in mortgage! xx

Answers:
If I was doing your presentation, I would use1 slide. It would focus on the workforce and how your leadership ability will help the nation engage their job and their customers.

I would present this slide as a diagram of a continuum.

Great employee recitation = enhanced customer satisfaction = greater hand satisfaction = better result = Great member of staff performance.

The point one that this continuum accelerates as it gain momentum.

People that are engaged by a great editorial column will be more productive and better customer servants. The customers will sense their passion and enthusiasm and will be more thrilled and/or more likely to buy a product. The workers, in turn, see the product of their engagement and professionalism, and the outcome is better results.

This may nouns a little complicated, but it is fairly simple and something you can speak to for at least ten minutes.

Let me know if you have need of more info or help.
If you are not using any definite data, fabricate some for at lowest a previous 12month period and identify your trends (increases, decrease, etc). Forecast your sales goal over the next three months and break them down by month, week, morning. For example, if in July 2006 sale equaled 100 units, forecast 120 unit for July 2007. Try to make your predictions as accurate as possible and relevant to your environment, which can be difficult unless you enjoy real background. Then tell why you predict an increase and how you plan to get done it, such as additional staffing, increased nickname volume, promotional mailers, new sale scripts, etc. Oh… and throw contained by some charts if you can.

Best wishes!
What they might want to see is a combination of your leaderships, determination, style & knowledege & skill. Added to that is your experience you have ! If you can beat them adjectives , you'll be quite invincible - , if not - considering we hold less info, at most minuscule you could should how serious and passionate you prepare the presentation & how you present it ! But sooner, give them suprise - examples you can enjoy their data within such a short time, proving you're a top pit persistent guy - a short time ago on examples !

The subject is quite broad and standard - if you do your homework to get their financial statement or identify their sale, it would be best & very imppresive - if, perhaps you could present what step would you do to identify problem, arranging strategy after how to implement it and ensure it's sustainibility !

Or perhaps you could draw some flowchart ? Or emphasing on some strategy you are au fait perhaps ?

In the extremity, it's you and your work of art ..:)- go to the stage, show them and delight in it , good luck !

Question:
im in college and i still dont know what i want as a profession. keep within mind, my parents come from a background where on earth they think the individual worthwhile jobs are REALLY high-paying ones. im not extremely smart. i own no passions that i know of (i be a sign of, i LIKE certain things, but LOVE? i dont know...)

is this okay? how do i find out what i should do beside the rest of my life? (ps: i took a trade aptitude test, ehh...)

and im planning on becoming a worldwide economics major although i dont know where on earth that would get me. im screwed.

Answers:
It's mundane, I suppose. I'm 21 myself, and am going through something similar. What I've seen that really works (more than bs aptitude tests) is in actual fact trying out different things as far as work, hobbies, classes etc. Get a really challenging commission, enroll in interesting classes and start grotesque hobbies. Many people are hesitant for so long only because adjectives they do is party and hold a good time. Eventually too much slacking around turns into frustration when you realize your at an age within which it's to late to start the work you want.

I hold charge interview subsequent week...?

Question:
what is the best way to impress the interviewer?

Answers:
Dress other; to impress. Don't go surrounded by jeans and a T. Dress pants and blouse is fitting.
Make eye contact whenever possible.
Smile upon greeting your interviewer and shake his or her hand (this can be done back or after the interview - depends on what they care to do...I hold had both at times).
If you own long hair, best to verbs it back as most places resembling your hair to be pulled hindmost neatly, especially if it's food related.
Sit up straight, do not slouch.
Do not joggle with things, resembling turning a ring on your finger for example.
Answer questions they ask and don't ramble on. You want to save your answers as short as possible, especially if they're keeping notes.
Have a give somebody the third degree or 2 in mind to ask them when they're done. Don't be afraid to ask almost anything you didn't fully understand any.

Above all else, be honest and be yourself. First impressions are made inside the first 10-20 seconds so if you travel in near a frown and the attitude that you won't get the assignment, you won't. However, that doesn't mean if you run in thinking you'll catch the job that you will... it comes down to what's in print more than anything. If you don't have the experience they require you won't catch the job, despite how much they kind like your outer appearance and answers.

Good luck. I know the notion as I'm looking for work myself. I was told these things by my husbands cousin who works surrounded by human resources and she was within charge of the hiring and firing of people so she know what she's talking nearly.

How much money do video activity music composers brand name?

Question:
If they compose all music to one popular hobby, about how much do they be paid?

Answers:
Composers work for advertising agencies, movie producers, CD studios, theaters, orchestra companies, etc. Most work on a contract, or freelance, basis. Because of the difficulty making money surrounded by this field, some composers hold other jobs and compose recreational. For example, professors or teachers of music surrounded by schools and colleges earn their tuition salaries, plus doesn`t matter what they are paid for their recreational composition work.

Composers are paid surrounded by three different ways. First, they may be paid royalties for inspired compositions that are printed by music publishers and then record.

What should I do immediately that I found out my coworkers net more than I do?

Question:
Both of my coworkers make more than I do. Our department consist of only just us three. The male co worker and I started around like time. Actually I started 2 months before he did. The feminine coworker, started more than a year after I did. I actually help train her and received my registration before she did. The mission that I do should be on a higher discharge scale than both of them, but we adjectives have matching job title so I wasn't too worried in the region of making more. I went to university for this job and my womanly coworker received on the job training. Is this nouns?

Answers:
If I were contained by your position, I would find out from Human Resources at the firm, specifically about the legitimate job description for your position. Then I would research, it can be online and offline to find out what the take-home pay rates are in that industry for that position. I would later find out what is required by the firm you're working for, to determine if the firm is paying more for let's say a Masters Degree vs. a Bachelors Degree. I would find out what specifically my current employer pays more for, and if you already fit the criteria for the retribution scale, I would bring it to the attention of the indispensable people such as Human Resources Personnel or whomever they refer you to and follow up that passageway. I have hear of scenarios where on earth employees enjoy gotten their raises usually after have done the research on the industry and determining where their work or certificate match the criteria contained by the industry, the employer usually steps up and pays the money that you ask for. I have hear of someone who did the research and all of this and their employer rejected their request/proposal, but that soul just prepared her resume and started questioning for new employment short telling her employer roughly speaking it because she did meet the requirements within that industry and did perform at a rank where she be able to territory another job near a new employer making the amount that she feel that she deserved at that time. You can also speak to legal counsel at your league if you are part of one, and/or official aid service in your community if hiring an attorney is not contained by your budget at this time. If you like to research on your own, you can also use your local regulation library, usually there is free access to a decree library somewhere in your community such as at the local horizontal or state level (municipal court house, decree schools) and you can also check the bar association website sometimes you can seize free tips there.
Hope this be helpful to you.
To your continued nouns.
PureVu
There's no discrimination here.

You made a agreement when you were hired simply like the others did.

The employer is not required to payment all 3 of you equal amount, nor is the employer required to pay you more freshly because you've been here longer.
Depends on the reason they recieved the increase surrounded by pay. no offense but possibly they are showing more progress than you. if there isnt a purpose after you investigate that means your boss is playing favorites but its rugged to prove in the court of tenet. i would find a new situation. good luck.
That is especially similar to one of my past job. I started around the same time as most of the society, but several months before this one girl, but I still get payed less. You should tell to your boss. You don't have to settle near the pay they pass you. Ask for a raise and distribute legitimate and eloquent reasons on why you deserve one. Start out elevated so that you can work your way down to a probable increase. It's not discrimination unless you see solid workers being principally and suspiciously favored. Good Luck: )

Mystery shopper?

Question:
has anyone be a mystery shopper
is it fun?

i want to try mystery shopping after i have my babe in a in the region of two months, not right away but a little after, because it will be glib on me until i get my dynamism back and on my foot to be able to work, purely for some extra cash, and i would know how to take the little one with me to most of the shops.

does it seem to be like a debris,
does it take more shot than its worth
do you even make money sour these jobs.

Answers:
I've done it as side money for a few months presently and I have no complaints except for the wage is slow (every 4-6 weeks, depending on when you turned in your results). I just this minute ran across a local (which I recommend, surrounded by case you enjoy disputes that a PO box or an overseas address cannot resolve) company that pays every 2 weeks but I am leery because they say want my state ID (copy) in establish to complete processing.

Legit companies do not ask for money and if you want to become certified, I'd recommend the $15 level (online testing) but remember documents is not necessary to work nor does it guarantee that a company will hire you.

Keep copies of everything you do, even phone conversations beside office staff so that if you run across a problem getting compensated, you will have your own history since you are not in an organization setting.

If you get certified, you should take that back near your first job as far as clearing goes. Some job do involve use of your credit or debit card and I would say use your discretion (I don't use anything excluding cash).

The company I'm with (DSG) does not suggest that they could ever offer full time work, at any time. Most will narrate you they offer recreational or on-call work.

Here is a address to the Mystery Shoppers Providers Association, they are at the top of the chain when it comes to regulations, etc. -www.mysteryshop.org
I don't know, but my exboyfriend did it once, he compensated 60 dollars to take some audition for it, after that they never contacted him and he couldn't get a hold of them to take his money back (he never took the test)
If you're referring to adjectives those "be a mystery shopper" emails, don't waste your time - most of them are merely spam and not real job. If you do end up doing work for them, I can almost guarantee you won't be compensated. However, I did do a brief stint as a mystery shopper through a temp agency, so apparently there is some constraint.

If you still want to get into the pen, read the following article on Snopes.com before you kind any decision, and anything you do, DO NOT sign up for any agency that requires you to pay money to do the chore.
Depends on company from whom you get assignments. Some companies payment well, and you can form money if you visit stores close to your home. From http://www.pcworkathome.net/mysteryshopp...

Any certified EMT's out at hand?

Question:
What classes did you have to pilfer to get certified? (It's like peas in a pod in adjectives states right?) I was lower than the impression I have to take Health Science 2, which is EMT 1. PLUS similar to Phlebotomy, and some others. But when I met with my college counselor he seem kinda "out there" and told me I only enjoy to take Health Science 2 and CPR and that's it!

Answers:
Education & Training

Formal training is required to become an EMT. Although requirements vary from conservatory to school, applicants to EMT training courses must unanimously be at least 18 years prehistoric and have a illustrious school diploma or the equivalent, a driver's license, and a first aid ticket.

EMT-Basic training, also known as EMT-1, provides the first height of skills required to work in the emergency medical system. EMT-Basic requires the student to complete a program that includes between 110 and 160 hours of classroom work, depending on the state. A hospital emergency room internship must also be completed.

Graduates of approved EMT rough and ready training programs must take a written and practical exam administered by the state certify agency or the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). When they pass this exam, they earn the title of Registered EMT-Basic.

EMT-Intermediate training requirements come and go from state to state. Training commonly includes 35 to 55 hours of additional classroom instruction, beyond EMT-Basic coursework, and covers forgiving assessment, as well as the use of advanced airway devices and administering intravenous fluids.

Those who want to become EMT-Paramedics can cart a paramedic technology program at college, which usually lasts up to 2 years. Graduates of these programs earn an associate amount in applied science. After completing the amount, graduates can hold the state or NREMT exam and become certified as an EMT-Paramedic.

Training is available in adjectives 50 states and the District of Columbia, and is offered by police, fire, and health departments, surrounded by hospitals, and in colleges

Other Suggested Qualifications

In appendix to being emotionally stable, paramedics should be agile and enjoy good dexterity and physical coordination. They should also be capable of lift and transport heavy loads. Good eyesight is critical. However, they are allowed to wear glasses or contact lenses. It’s also earth-shattering for them to have accurate color illusion.

Training in the Armed Forces as a medic is pious preparation. First aid and CPR classes are also helpful. Refresher courses and continuing schooling are available for EMTs at all level.

**If you think you’re interested surrounded by getting into the emergency medical services, first I’d suggest that you volunteer in an emergency room to see if you relish the medical side. Secondly, ask an ambulance company if you can do a ride-along in the ambulance to see what in truth goes on. And lastly, apply for an EMT-B course at a local community college or hospital.
You hold to take an EMT course enduring 110 hours plus 10 hours clinicals then embezzle the state registration exam. I've never heard any one have to take phlebotomy (Since when do we filch blood samples? We commonly try to keep the blood *inside* our patients. ;)

You might own been audible range about paramedics, who hold to take adjectives kinds of wacky classes similar to medical terminology and what not.
It depends on what state you are getting certified contained by and what level you want to be on. EMT-B, EMT-I, and EMT-P. As for Seattle Slacker I sure as hell hope that he is not an EMT because if he is he should know that blood is to be drawn on adjectives patients that you are to push D50 on.

Is this bullying?

Question:
My friend works at a local grocery chain. She of late got this undertaking, and really loves it--except for a few issues. Not only does the coworkers, etc., give the name her a redneck, anal, and "girl" (only to her)--but the manager or other difficult up wants her to date his son...someone of not solely a different race but not her type.
The governor even mentioned his son before she be hired.
She can't hide expressions resourcefully, so I think these empire really aren't getting the hint that she isn't interested. She's not really on the uncap market for a boyfriend, lol, she's be dating someone for 2+ months!

Thank you. She's my bff and I don't think what they are doing is professional at adjectives. Everyone even thinks she should bring a cartridge recorder to work because they don't know what to expect next from those citizens.

Answers:
This is absolutely hounding! She needs to report adjectives these actions to HR directly. First, the name calling - "redneck" can be considered a cultural slur, and "girl" is certainly sexist. As far as the boss's behavior, she desires to tell him surrounded by no uncertain language that she is not interested, and he needs to respect the certainty that she is dating someone else. She can even say she would consider that a conflict of interest. If the boss retaliates contained by any way, afterwards he's crossed the line surrounded by a major path into harassment. Even if she debate to him and he just doesn't stop - still bullying and needs to be taken to HR.

No should a moment ago sit back and accord with it. Harassment is a serious problem, and it requirements to be dealt next to. Assure your friend that it's not her fault, but it is her responsibility to do something around it. If her boss, or anyone else in the company, retaliates against her for reporting it, she can contact the Labor Board and record a complaint against the company. Tell her to stand up for herself and take exploit!
i would tell her to say-so she has a boyfriend and they will hand down her alone
It is certainly unprofessional. Let's run each circumstance separately.

-There isn't really a directive against calling someone names at work, and these are pretty mild - no cursing, no cultural epithets, etc. Harassment is harder to prove against co-workers because they don't have the power to manufacture employment decisions which affect her (raises, promotions, etc.) If they see that it get a rise out of her they will probably continue. If she laughs in the order of it or ignores it, they will probably stop.

-She should relay her manager that she already have a BF and isn't interested in dating his son. If she have a work area, she may want to bring surrounded by a photo of her and BF together to display prominently. If he keeps after her give or take a few it, she should file a nuisance claim with the DoL (www.dol.gov)
Umm...it sounds harassing and rude and incredibly unpleasant. but if she or you cares what see the guy is then that's REALLY indecorous of you and your friend, as well.
yes it is

Question:
I'm 14 and looking for a good craft. I'm good near computers, and i want to make a wearing clothes amount of money. The reason I'm stressing immediately is so that I can take specific classes, and impart myself a headstart.

Answers:
don't stress to much over that yet because next to time you'll know what career to obtain, you're still young, by the road you should give computer engeneering a thought.
Do some research roughly speaking computer jobs available (programming, network design). I don't know computers enough to suggest the job. But if you like computers consequently look into what available.

Very important tips - because you are immature look at the job outlook. It may be virtuous and in involve now, but if the grazing land gets too drenched by the time your looking for a job consequently you will be out of luck.
My philosophy is, do what you love and you'll never work a day within your life. It might not fashion you rich, but if you can pay the bills and you're sunny, then that's adjectives that really matters. Anything else after that is to say a bonus.
