I would say it depends on the type of situation and where you live. If you're going into something resembling Social work (which is notoriously low remunerated work) that still sounds like terribly little money for your credentials. Have you been on any other interviews that nouns promising? I would think long and not easy about your prospects. I took a charge in Social Work that couldn't supply me the hours I wanted, or the clear I wanted, and I terminated up staying for almost 4 years, because they did end up giving me the hours, but not the settle up I deserved, and it was merely easier to stay there. The job I applied to didn't pan out, but I also didn't put surrounded by as much effort into looking for something else because I be so absorbed surrounded by the job I have.

i other wondered the same entity. Swore i would never work for money, but for passion. Yet, i work for money very soon. Now i know that for me personally, simply, the answer be two-fold (1) I needed money. (2) I was a short time ago too exhausted to pursue a dream. That is fine, as the earth breathes and bear hibernate, so do we go through cycles of rest and initiative.
I am so humbled immediately. I always scoff at people who do job they hate. Now, i take in it. You do what you must. You thank God it is not Chinese water torture, or labor military camp, and you simply work. Then, after a few months or a year, you will not be tired anymore.. you will be able to pursue your dream. I DID I QUIT!! thankfulness :) Oh I use to hate my prehistoric job. I stayed nearby forever because the pay be great but my boss would call me 24/7 roughly speaking HER PERSONAL life. She be having a horrible matrimonial and trying to ruin mine.
Everytime I tried to leave or consent to her know I was depressed, she gave me a bring to the fore. I was making a TON of money but I be totally miserable. =(
I finally decided that I couldn't live resembling that. I'd hit the glass ceiling and couldn't mortgage in the company any longer as it be a small business. I found another job that I really similar to.
I was terrified to leave b/c I be afraid that I couldn't find a good assignment. I was upset to meet hot people. I have accumulated some debt and be scared that I wouldn't know how to pay it past its sell-by date if I had to purloin a pay cut. Changing job is a scary item b/c you dont want to jump out of the frying jar and into the fire, so to speak.
It's hard to find time to shift back to university when you have bills to settle up and a family to nurture. I just want to be a stay at home mom. This unbroken working thing isn't going to be long residence for me.

3) I have a charge that offers different things to do.
4) 4 weeks leave
5) flex time
6) 401k and a pension plan
