Should I start wearing a tie to work?
Question:Answers:
"Dress for the job that you want, not for the employment that you have."
Other Answers:
I resembling ties even on girls. Of course it depends on what kind of work you enjoy.
That depens on a lot of things. What variety of environment are you in? Is it a ruling office, or a dot-com firm? Are you a attorney or a mail room clerk? Do most of the other those around you wear ties?
If you really want to know the answer to the question, I'd suggest discussion to your one of your supervisors. They'd probably be impressed that you'd be willing to ask such a ask, and that you're conerned about dressing appropriately.
Yes you should if you similar to to look professional.
They may not be required, but it does show character. I would to work. Shows you are primed for the job.
Source(s):
My view.
Unless you work in an environment where on earth a tie would be a horrendously bad perception (like with lathes or something), a tie will other give an extra nouns of professionalism.
I am a programmer, and programmers are notoriously relaxed contained by their working attire. I don't wear a tie personally because I find them slightly uncomfortable. I am also amazingly secure within my job and own no desire to become a manager.
If you want to stand out, or if you want to look more professional, by adjectives means wear a tie.
NO if you do later one day it might be expected of you, next you will have to quit or fall over into line.
Depends on your livelihood responsibilities, work environment, & company dress code.
Dress codes are set as much by the employees as they are by headship. Look around and try to match the average. In every workplace at hand are going to be slobs. Don't dress like them. There will also be ancestors who are immaculately and over-formally dressed. Don't dress like them unless you are actively angling for a better-paid duty.
No.

one of the better questions asked on this entity. you should get bonus points...
...i work surrounded by the nonprofit sector providing organizational management and programmatic consulting to start up and existing nonprofit organization. i have be working in the nonprofit sector for over 10 years in a minute and i have be in it that long because i delight in working in it. its a intuitively rewarding job that i am in good spirits to go home beside knowing that i did something good for my community.
i stumbled on this profession by pure coincidence. when i graduated from college i thought i looked-for to be an attorney. but not knowing exacting what attorneys did, i took on a job at a substantial law firm as a record clerk. i did well surrounded by my position working my way up to paralegal and i have the credentials to go to regulation school but i found out i didnt want to do that for the rest of my energy. so i explored other options. i go to a reception at a local university's public policy school and met someone who thought i would be an just what the doctor ordered candidate for a post at the nonprofit organization he worked at. and the rest is history.
i never go back to college for my work but often ruminate an MBA would be helpful. but my experience have been my classroom and surrounded by every position i held, i had a steep study curve and learned how to further develop my personal skills. and its this erudition curve that keeps me merry working.
the key is to other ask yourself if you are happy and enthusiastic with your profession...if you are not afterwards i would question why you are doing it.

approval is not a situation of trust but it is the principle?
Question:Answers:
If you read the question that you wrote, you'll probably see that it is not a complete give somebody the third degree.
Hence an incomplete question is ridiculous to fully answer.
That said, your "question" brings up three separate issues.
1. approval
2. trust
3. principle
My comment on these three issues would probably include the idea that I would not be too concerned roughly speaking seeking approval from others, but I do place a high good point on being worthy of trust, and on point of principle it would be reasonable to expect that others that I deal next to also be worthy of trust.
The reason I read out this is that trust betrayed is not too much fun.
However, having friendships and relationships near people who honor their word, and other deliver what they promise can be a lot of fun.
Good luck near that.

Why do married men hold a better adjectives at getting a chore than single men?
Question:Answers:
That is not true.
Other Answers:
I think married ones tend to be more out of harm`s way in their lives and are more responsible to their obligation.
They do? I did not know that. Thanks for the free education, I guess. ~shrugs
since it's so damn firm to get us to tie the not, it impress employers that this guy can stick it out for the long pull. It also makes it clear that this guy is prepared for long work, little reward and getting treated resembling sh*t on a daily reason. Employers like that too.
Maturity.
Stability and a home to support are things an employer may consider when hiring someone. Not to say a married personality is more stable. Most likely the conflicting
Because employers see married men as more stable than single men. Also they discern they have to work harder to support a relatives.
Married men show that they can stay in it for the long tug (giggle giggle, that's what my hubby says)
i find it easier to capture a job one single because i am more flexible and can relocate a lot easier and cheaper
I don't know if that is to say necessarily true, but if it is, maybe it's because married men are more responsible, grown and dependable because they have a domestic to support. I am speaking in generality.
I would say equally qualified, the single guy will carry the job. At my company, they clear all of my benefits. Being single, I cost smaller quantity than my fellow married coworkers.
The answer: because married men are better than unmarried men. Marriage rocks!!
Because single men don't have one and the same responsibilities and are more choosy on what job they are liable to take so they terminate up not having one and complaining just about it. Could be why they are single..lol.
Because they are considered more stable.
a married man has responsibilities and is tied down to a geographic nouns more than a single man
single men can take or hand down jobs base on whims, they can move out of the area and adjectives that
for an employer this is a big deal, they don't want to rubbish all their time trying to train someone singular to have them embezzle that training and go rotten somewhere else
Very simple..they really need a living..hence look for it and get it. Also they enjoy a fear that ...they will hold to stay with wife..if they do not carry any.
because they are more settled down and responsible.
For "normal" jobs, this isn't really the armour. Marital status is one of those items that they're not allowed to ask you during the interview or anything process.
For more public spotlight type jobs or elected official, voters might be more inclined to vote for a married person because it shows more responsibility to settle down and hold a family and adjectives that. Whether this is actually true is besides the point. It's public perception.
Companies are looking for stability contained by an employee. Usually married general public do not switch jobs unless within is a real stipulation to do so (down sizing or company moving etc). Companies view married relations as being more stable than single citizens.
I don't think that statement is true. But I do regard as married men have more responsibilities and hold greater obligations. You would try your hardest for your ethnic group right??
Married men are seen as more stable and more responsible. Wife at home & possibility of children makes married men financially responsible even if wife also works.
employer think its more stable
he wont travel back to his home after his honey days...
Being single have helped me gain the jobs I hold had sort of for equal reasons I reflect "brand name user" be the ID alluded to.
Can work all sorts of uncommon hours without have to worry around being beside family, taking crap as clear because only own one to worry something like.
I have hear that HR people do consider self married as a stabilizing influence in go, but with divorce becoming more and more prevalent, probably not as true today. There have also been studies that show individuals within a traditional family setting usually own longer life spans.
it is illeagal to discriminate due to connubial status. But, if it gives a byass to a company it depends on what type of work enviroment they want to place you within.
Married= stable routine less travel orient is best
single= more flexible schedule more travel possibilities
I don鈥檛 know what charitable of job your trying to take, but my guess is that it shows DEDICATION. That your not the type of person that could quit at any second departure the business on the spot.
Married men are more stable and less possible to just leap up and leave at the first volunteer of 25 cents more per hour.
Marital staus is not a legal qualification sound out in most states. If you are asking why greatly of good job go to men that come about to be married, it genreally has to do near personal commitment level, readiness, stability, and experience.

If i injure myself @work and they convey me to near doc and he wishes to supply me physical therpy?
Question:Ihave to leave work during work hours but my commission said workmans comp doesnt pay for me departing to get phyical therpy is that right?Answers:
If you be hurt at work and you have to miss time sour from work for any reason related to the injury (PT counts as an allowable excuse), they they MUST remuneration your lost wages.
They are most likely describing you this because this is probably a large employer to be exact self insured for the work comp costs so they want you to think they won't payment you so you won't take the time rotten (which, in turn, save them money), when in sincerity, they are required to pay you.
Other Answers:
Absolutley not. Workman's comp covers time rotten of work for therepy or treatment for injuries sustained on the job. Get a second opinoin or a advocate.
Workers' Comp will pay for you to run to the facility of your chosing. So if you don't wish to skip out of work hasty and not get compensated for it, choose a facility with evening hours.
If you own any questions, consult an attorney that handle workmans comp cases. In the long run, it will save you much hassle. Your employer does not own your best interests at heart. You have changed from an asset to a liability.
An attorney can serve you keep the issue equal and equitable, the sooner you retain an attorney, the better. If your employer gets angry and fires you, great! Then it is job loss, then lawsuit.
Absolutely not! Workmen's Comp pays for missed work, dream therapy, mileage, medicine. If they're relating you they don't it's B.S. If they persist surrounded by that, get a attorney. There are lots of good ones out in that. Remember, it's workmen's comp's job to be paid sure they pay for as little as possible. But you can force the issue. Good luck!

how does outsourcing job to foriegn countries aid provide job for americans?
Question:Answers:
Yes:
companies pay smaller quantity, which in turn make for cheaper services, and higher profits for innovation and more systematic jobs.
No:
companies are greedy and brand you pay like peas in a pod. They see the outsourcing as just a bearing to boost profit rather than provide cheaper services. The money stays among the top 1%
Other Answers:
If they move to those countries they might enjoy jobs.
When an american company outsources to a foreign country, it is essentially saving on US dollars by paying smaller number but getting the same results. In this process, it can maintain it's other existing departments employ americans. It will ultimately trickle down to the customers because the product or service is now cheaper because of outsourcing. The company may lower its prices or increase the attraction or services of its product. Sometimes the savings gain due to outsourcing may be re-channeled to hire more americans in another department.
Outsourcing to foreign companies eliminate low-value jobs, which forces Americans to be creative surrounded by creating new efficacy (i.e. new jobs).
Outsourcing per se does NOT create job in the U.S.
It in recent times forces people to construe more creatively and focus on their "human talent and creativity," as G. Bush mentioned in his recent State of the Union address.
The New Economy is no longer more or less "jobs" and anyone who still thinks contained by terms of "jobs" (looking for a assignment, finding a job, covering your *** to hold your job, etc.) will lose big time. It's adjectives about creating convenience, creating solutions, creating new market.
It's about individual creative, and sharing the value you create near as many citizens as possible.
