I used to work for nurseries... all you own to do is show a real interest and a desire to swot more. They especially hire around springtime as it gets so busy. You could steal a course about types of plants to revise more and that would put you in an even better position. If I run the nursery I would hire anyone with a great interest contained by gardening, especially if they were competent to communicate easily beside customers.
