When i felt depressed at work i would run a walk during lunch and ethnic group watch. You wouldnt beleive some of the stuff that individuals actually do when they mull over no one is watching lol and within public too!! Or i would Just bring along my personal cd player and my favorite music. Nothing like some music to move up your spirits and get you into a better mood.
