Why don't you hold a pro look at your letter? I use www.wordtechs.com for everything from meaningful letters to college papers. I purely end up looking so polished! Question:I have the hardest time (I'm a software developer) and I grain like the state-of-the-art slacker. I've had this problem next to all my software type of job where the internet be accesssible. You should not quit your job that you enjoy until you have another. Many culture who are not good next to other people won't even be bothered by you quitting so you would simply be hurting yourself and your co-workers. If he is so bad conceivably his boss will fire him.

Interviews don't tell you much anyway. You a moment ago use them to tell applicants just about the job, to gross sure they're not crazy, and sometimes to make sure they didn't fib on their resume.
The best advice is to do a structured interview near a fixed set of questions for every applicant. That style you can actually compare them.
For entry smooth positions, I ask traditional questions, but what I'm in actuality looking for is a person who have well a equipped vocabulary.
