I have be experiencing this very problem for 5 plus years! We tried giving him a bottle of beano. We wrote several correspondence to management and Human Resources, but they haven't done anything roughly speaking it. I suggested that everyone else food with a ton of fiber in the future, and then not whip a shower, and just sit here within their own filth hoping he would attain the hint. So far not a soul has permitted that as a solution.

Also, if any of your friends already babysit or you hold friends with younger siblings try letting their parents know that you are looking for some babysitting job, they may know of other families that have need of sitters and if the reference comes from word of mouth afterwards at least both sides know they are getting and working next to someone reputable.
You could also try posting fliers in nontoxic places but don't put your home numbers on them because you never know who will pick those up! Try using your or your parents email address (ask them first!) so if some creep picks up the flier at least your parents can minister to you so you don't get hurt!
