MBA vs MPA?
Question:What's your opinion on these two species of degree? Clones or completely different animal? I recently get accepted to a respected national MPA and a small local MBA; hence my small dilemma. I own equally solid resumes one both sides (retail management, military, legislative aide). Military is paying for the scope, so cost is not a factor. Based on school visit and talking to relations, the running joke is MPA's are apposite writers who fear methodical work, and MBA's are technical but can't write or spell. Agree?Answers:
MBA is probably more approved outside of the military, though. My husband obtained his masters as a Master's of Science surrounded by Management as a Captain in the AF.
