I don't know which schools hold programs for Arts Administration, but i'm pretty sure it exists in a few places. If the conservatory you are attending/want to attend doesn't have that program, you can ask in the order of a specialized studies degree. it would probably plan that you would have to nick business classes as well as some art classes (music, art history, stuff approaching that...) and i'm pretty sure that it is an area that you can pursue a master's scope in after undergrad.
i recommend apprenticing beside another planner to "learn the ropes".
it's an industry that take time to aquire contacts and vendors and clients.

I would also recommend really looking into what it costs to live on your own...rent, insurance, food, electric, cable, phone etc. Then look into a roommate if possible, or perchance make a long permanent status plan that allows you to move out on your own terms, human being able to support yourself and not getting into a bunch of debt.
