From my experience, for recent old pupils, they looked at your personality more than other things. Just to address to your list:
1) Public examinations - You do get a bonus to finish in 1-2 years from your hiring date for passing the CPA exam. From this you can give an account that it is not a must have to be hired. They do not expect you to hold it after you start working.
2) University examination - as long as you are 3.0 or above, it does not variety any difference.
3) Study Abroad - It is good to hold, but not really enough to supply you advantage over other candidate.
4) Exta-curricular activities - It would attach value if it is something to show that you enjoy leadership skills. Also, it shows that you can fiddle with things other than schoolwork.
5) Interview celebration - It does make a difference, however, it's more on your attitude, guise and personality. They are more concerned to hold someone that can get along near people, be a troop player, than really people who already know their stuff. The philosophy is really that if you are competent to play as a team, fluency could be easily passed on. And it is in truth better to be trained fresh, than to undo your prior knowledge/working infatuation first.
6) Language proficiency - as long as it does not hinder your communication next to other people, it should be ok. However, since audit staff does entail to work at client site, appropriate appearance and communication skills are expected.
7) Accounting or auditing knowledge - elementary knowledge from arts school should suffice.
8) Internship - especially that from Big 4 would definitely backing.
9) Detail oriented - it clearly will play a part, especially look out for typos on your resume/cover parcels.
