I've spent most of my mature life on dark shift. It's even more dificult when you have a family circle involved. Thats where I am at right presently. (8pm-9am Thursday-Saturday) Sleep is an excellent start especially if your job doesnt involve much of anything. If you have a assignment that your actually physically doing something, staying awake isnt sturdy. But if you have a opportunity like mine, overnight at a youth placement, its kinda boring. Between surfing the internet, watching TV, and the ocasional antechamber check, you can see where you might embezzle a nap. Accidentally unsurprisingly. It can also be harder to maintain well eating habbits as capably. But I eat simply before coming to work and again no next than 1 am. That way it is easer to drip back into mundane eating traditions the rest of the week. Unless you dont have cargo issues of course.
