The second interview be with the president of the company and it seem a lot smaller quantity comfortable then the first.. I be just probably intimitated.. Regardless I feel it went resourcefully, I was competent to explain my experience, and how it would apply. Now here is where it get wierd.. The lady who did the interview sent me to another women to discuss benefits, I said ok adjectives looks fine.. Then they sent me to a third interview with an hand to ask about the company.. that go well also.. Now they said they would be getting backbone to me..

I hope you bring the job. Your likelihood look good! But, if they are interviewing other culture then I guess it's still sitting on the fence. I would give it 2-3 days and furnish them a call to see if they own made a final decision. Let them know you be impressed with the benefits, etc. and let somebody know them you're really excited about working at hand. (Maybe in more professional lingo, of course.)

I think you enjoy a good uncertainty at the job, but if it have been a week, I am thinking possibly not. If they do a second interview, usually the pool of applicants is down to 10, if not 5 so they should enjoy gone through everyone for the second interview and I would guess they have already hired someone else.

I guess after an interview you usually get a gut intuition about whether you get it or not. The other interviews with the woman in the region of benefits, and the employee don't nouns too relevant to me. They aren't the ones to make the result about whether to hire you or not. They be just for information for you, I reckon. The interview near the president of the company is the one which should tell you if you get it or not.

It sounds promising but you never know. Something like that happen to my mom. She went through adjectives the interviews, did a tour of the facility and everything and then never get a job submit. They ended up hiring someone from in the company instead. Hard to tell but if you dont find the job in attendance are others out there
My guess is that you hold a BIG chance! They probably ask you to jump through all these departments and interviews to confer you an idea of the company and what you will be working near. Making sure that you are okay with the clear en benefits makes the process lone easier. I guess they will have a look at the others but probably they already made up within mind. Keep having belief and if this is really no the job for you i believe this is a great experience which will lead you to greater things.

Being a nouns company, they have to supportively screen adjectives their employees to protect the company. So, sending you to several interviews is a mode they can see if all your answers are consistent and to see if you would work powerfully in their company. I know of empire who went to several weeks worth of interviews, single to be turned down because they found a "more qualified" person...which be a hoot because of the nature of the employment. As long as you're still getting interviews, they're still interested. I would just save applying for other jobs, keeping an eye on your mailbox and on your answering apparatus. They already know you want the job, but don't look desperate. You should be audible range from them within the subsequent couple of weeks, depending on how they hire. Some companies have to continue to have a board jamboree before choosing their candidate, so it may take some time. If you don't hear from them inside a week, give personnel a ring up and ask what is the status of your application, and check to see how long you can expect to hear an answer from them. Keep trying. Sometimes the squeeky wheel get the oil, so to speak. If they see that you're making the endeavour to check, they may see that as persistence, a talent many employer want in an hand, especially a finance company.
