The majority of MY supervisors/bosses own been really great... the with the sole purpose bad boss I own ever had be this crazy lady who have gone thru over fifty serving staff in times gone by year (midlife crisis, perhaps??). I quit that profession before I have my own crisis.

Because they can get away beside it unless someone speaks up they either imagine theyr the best or they get no respect because their workers never give them a chance to be a freind besides newly a boss and they treat him like an A-Hole

The article with bosses is that they hold to follow rules of i higher standard... Me for example i work PT within a lumber yard i enjoy over 3 yrs. exp. on the equipment. to me OSHA is pointless. For my boss though if OSHA decides to come though and "survey" the patio and i am breaking a few rules - it is his problem - he is fined and has other reprimand put onto him. Where as i may a moment ago get a write up/suspension/substantially smaller fine/possibly fired/etc. Just not as unpromising as him.I'm still trying to figure that out myself. I suppose it's a power issue. Once someone knows they own power over someone else, some people tend to foul language the situation.

Sometimes bosses are responsible for the success of the company they are running. Sometimes human resources look at their job as the finances to a paycheck. If you take ownership of your charge and look at if from the perspective that your performance influences and have a direct impact on the success or end of the business that you are employed by and by taking ownership of your position, you will find that your relationship with your boss may translation,your oulook may become more positive and you may start to produce more income. I vowed never to do indistinguishable. Start talking more or less work more with the party and help acquire things done. If that person is still an A-hole, later you have to be circumspect and stand up for yourself. Don't take anything personal. (If you do that, you will become a disgusting person.)Don't kiss anybody's *** though. Do what's asked of you. No more no smaller quantity. If you kiss ***, there is a big chance that you won't take respect from that person. (Depending on the personage.)
Generally, it is in the perception. The hand who won't work, won't do the job as it is supposed to be done, expects special consideration as their due and think just showing up deserves a paycheck other thinks poorly of their boss. Granted, in attendance are some bosses who are just plain jerk, but usually it is because the employee isn't doing what they be hired to do ! i think they're asses bcuz when they be in your spot so heaps years ago, they had a**hole bosses too. I come up with they're trying to continue the cycle or something.
They are on their own little power trips. Most of the time because they are not the boss at home.

I know so several idiots (that are nice guys but..) that work a ton and forget to live. shoot for the 9-5 and weekends off.
jump for the skilled jobs so you're other in emergency somewhere.
consider opening a business working to label people happy- similar to a travel agent or budget planning or house cleaning services.
work for a non-profit, or start one.

In my experience, various ppl wind up contained by careers they dislike intensely because they used the wrong criteria in choosing at the outset! Of course, money is chief wrongdoer. Did you know that a large worldwide study a couple years ago found that once folks hold enough income to provide key food, clothing and shelter, there is NO FURTHER CORRELATION between income and overall pleasure or contentment? Some of the happiest ppl in the world live within relatively poor areas, such as the state of Kerala in India.
Ppl who are smiling with their work are those who enjoy chosen occupations that draw upon and enhance their innate personal strengths and proclivities. I know that sounds "perceptible to a duck," but you'd be surprised how many youthful ppl just cut their own inner leanings. Do you love being next to ppl and find alone time boring after a short while? Do you really hate one cooped up indoors? Do you find yourself solving maths puzzles in your boss when you're trying to fall to sleep at hours of darkness? Do you always interest when the combo hits a wrong note, or when someone's outfit is mismatched? These are the kind of considerations that should be First and Foremost in choosing your trade. There are some not-bad tests you can help yourself to to help guide you contained by this: two of the most "traditional" ones are the "Kuder Inventory" and "Strong Preference Test." Unforunately, they are both subject to big distortions depending on how you feel on the sunshine you take them! (I have just be turned down by a girl I desperately wanted to date when I took the Kuder, and it told me I should be a Librarian!)
A second rank of thought that's too often overlooked is geography. Many if not most ppl newly naturally deduce in expressions of getting a job where on earth they've lived or gone to school. Especially today, next to webcams, Skype and IM, why should that be? Unless you have specific house or other obligations you merely can't abandon, "the world is your oyster," as the aphorism goes (though who would want to live surrounded by an oyster?). RU good beside your hands and love mechanics? Why not walk where industries are booming, and diesel mechanics get more than doctors, e.g. China? (It took dummkopf me DECADES to figure out that if I detested cold winters I could just move my **** (and the rest of me too) to where on earth there aren't any!)
