We talked almost my resume, a bit about my olden employment and my skills which were essential for the job. She told me give or take a few how much I would be getting paid, the hours I would be working, and when I would be starting, this Monday. She also talk about when I start if I have any questions her cell phone would other be available for me to contact her and that I would not be working in the organization alone right away. We ended on a righteous note as resourcefully. I'm impatient and want this job REALLY desperate. How can I tell if this go well or be mostly just standard topics for an interview beside this company? HELP!

it really depends on the area of employment. question would be different for a card shop than a bakery, mechanic shop or a make-up salon. a background within the field would be beneficial. getting along near the employees while still maintain authority is essential. if the job requires any skill sets, computer programs, power-driven knowledge etc... do they enjoy that knowledge?

Coming from someone that have spent the last year looking for "the spotless job" and going on hundreds of interviews....my only recommend is to ditch the "canned questions" I know how to answer respectively one exactly the way you want me to but that doesn't close-fisted I am right for the job, it process I know how to interview.
Interviewers spend way too much time asking irrelevant question.
Tell them a little roughly the company, don't look at their resume for the first time in the interview (know who is coming in), do not make clear to them what you are looking for yet, I would renovate my answers to give the "correct" response. ask them what they are looking for, ask them going on for their relationship with their previous bosses / workforce (that will tell you alot roughly the person) trash talking is unambiguously bad but to hear that in attendance was conflict is not impossible, this is real life span, not everyone gets along beside their ex-boss., make them comfortable so they can relax and be honest near you (most important), don't ask why they want this job...come on, they entail a job, don't craft them feel close to a loser.
Tell them when you will make a ruling, kepp them there for an hour instead of making them come pay for if possible. Judge their behaviour as best as possible.
