5am-1.30pm is definately the best hours to work as relations are at their best and most effecient in the morning.Just expect you would be out of there (work)early adequate to do any personal things you need to catch done e.g shopping, grab a movie or slow lunch with friends etc. You enjoy hours to spend as you wish, Socialising is easiest at a time when most population also have free time (after work 4.00pm - 5.30pm). Even if you progress to bed at 9.30pm -10.00pm you still get ample sleep to function through the next light of day. Your internal clock is on days so this is better for the weekends also (you wake hasty and make the most of your days off) As you enjoy already done the shopping etc one afternoon on way home from work you enjoy weekend fully to do what you want! Don't forget the weekend will start at 1.30pm friday also this is nearly as good as a long weekend especially if you resembling to go away. You set out straight from work and you are all set up and equipped to have a great time by Friday darkness.
2.30 -11.pm is the worst time nothing going on at this late hour when you finish work most ethnic group are asleep and sleep is usually couple of hours away for you as you have still to coil down, making it 1-2am before getting to bed so you sleep most of next sunshine and have to grasp up only to budge to work again. - make yourself consistency confident on your products or yourself in front of customers or on the phone
- speak confidentally so customer will consistency you are very confident within what you are doing
