ACTUALY I LOVE MY JOB
AND I DO NOT KNOW WHY hate your career IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT THEN QUIT

Other Answers:
Me.... because I hate getting up contained by the morning. All I want to do is sleep...

Oh yeah..... corporate crap... can't stand the politics!
I know for a fact that my Mom hate her job- and I hate that she hate it. I dislike school (although I love research...I can't figure it out)- I hope that I won't abhor my job, once I set off working again, but there is no agency to predict if I will hate it or not.

My Mother have a lot of reason why she hates her job- relatives are disrespectful towards her and nasty...the stress is high-ranking...and the pay is not worth her hard work.
I hate my post because i have to put like mad of hours, but i love my paycheck
So far I'm liking it. But I used to hold a job at a restaurant 7 days a week. I'd start every sunshine at 3 pm. The time when you'd just want to relax or sleep. You can probably dream of how it is at a busy restaurant. The running around to meet adjectives of the orders, the stress and pressure...uhh. It sucked.
right Q

I hate my brief because I have to bring back up really early, take an hour to get here, and it's in the middle of no where on earth. I get salaried to do relatively nothing... but the individuals I work with make a contribution me little respect and rarely acknowledge me. The atmosphere is highly tense and I own to be realy formal and polite all daytime. My job is so boring that partially the time I feel resembling I'm getting paid a short time ago to not fall asleep at my boring desk..... which make for a seemingly decent set up... but not easy on your mental health... taut atmosphere with minimal human interaction or stimulation............. I'm out of her inside a year!

Be honest. Try to be aim about your strengths as resourcefully as areas needing growth.

Be seasoned in your responses to criticism, don't overreact. If you disagree next to an assessment, say so but don't capture emotional going on for it.

Above all, way of walking in near the attitude that you are a valuable asset to the Company.

sit stern and relax

try not to fart loudly. There is absolutely nil you can do. They are evaluating your performance during the recent past year of employment. If you done everything you should have, after you have nil to worry almost.

Focus on what to do to improve for the subsequent review.

See what they were hired for, enjoy they completed there living. Did they go above and beyond at any time for the company, review attendace, punctuality own they met all your requirements.
If yes you write up a nice blurb more or less them and how they are on time work is complete and provide them a raise. If any of the company polices or any infractions over the year review them next to the employee insist on them this is what has prevented them from an increase at this time and hang on to it moving

Do waitresses manufacture clad money? Do you own to share/divide tips?

Question:Where would the best place to work be? Large steakhouse chains, bars, private-owned restaurants, etc?

Answers:
Positions involving tipping are interesting due to the certainty the majority of your income is dependent on the financial views of the customers anyone served. Many states don't even pay minimum wage for servers. Finding a dutiful place to serve at is hard and have a friend on the inside to give you the realness of how that particular place is run, is surrounded by my opinion the individual way to really know what your getting within to. Restaurants with a severely obvious giant volume, high prices, and are not dependent on seasonal customers(like college students) are probably your best bet. The one entry I realized long ago is that taking contained by consideration how much time you have to business with a customer compared to how much money you might engineer form them is a good approach to rate a job.
Starting fresh never have served before can be impressively hard at times. Coworkers can be extremely competitive when it comes to serving. Good shifts and areas enjoy a tendency to be locked down by the veterans of the restaurant, but most restaurants own high turnover rates.
Most restaurant do own some sort of tip sharing, but things are different everywhere, do some research and hope you have more than one opportunity.

Good Luck

Other Answers:
it rele depends where you live. i noe at least possible in unsullied york if you're a waitress you dont even make minimum wage because your tips are supposed to cover the difference

yeah even getting remunerated minimum wage with tips yo umake close to $30 an hour...busy restaurants are the ones to work in, which are sometimes chains inflict they are more well agreed, but really good private ones can be lucrative too. It is NOT an unforced job though - you enjoy to be really organized and fast and hold a good memory, and appropriate a lot of Sh*t from relatives I wouldn't recommend it for a long term work. However, as a part time employment or to get by while looking for other employment, you can label decent money. You will usually earn minimum wage plus tips. Some restaurants require that you hand over a % of your tips to bartenders, busboys, cooks, etc. Others pool all tips and divide equally among the waiter. Avoid working breakfast shifts/diner type place -- same amount of work for little tips. Try to get a charge at the most expensive restaurant around -- higher bills = largers tips.

Depends where on earth you work. In some places you have to share. If you hold friends who work in restaurants, it wouldn't hurt to ask them.

they label decent tips, but they usually enjoy to tip out at leat 10% to the busboy and cooks. Some places insist on 50%, and a share also goes to the owner. The more expensive the suppertime, the bigger the tips, the more money you make. My daughter is supporting 2 kids on waitressing. Her wages scarcely pay the daycare costs and hydro bill. eveerything else, including her rent is rewarded by tips.

at a good place waitresses can breed very well-mannered money. i know quite a few that do. contained by regards to tips that vary from one place to another. if you want to be successful always afford the cook and bus boys a little something and they will give a hand you tremendously. good luck.

Using internet living boards what keywords should I use to find a third shift (overnight) position?

Question:I am currently looking to change job so I can take classes during the light of day and that is going to require me to procure a night time mission. So far I have be looking in the the media and also using monster.com and hotjobs.com to find an overnight job that would mesh next to my schedule but so far I own had little nouns.

I was wondering if anyone out nearby might know of what keywords I should be using to search for job online or maybe what job should I investigate that might be overnight. Even though I am a college graduate and do have work experience I am thinking I probably won't know how to find a job contained by my field (education) so my best bet is to grasp an entry level position. So any philosophy on keywords?

Answers:
When I was commission hunting I found monster to be useless because the 1st 5 pages of job were other work-at home pyramid schemes!

I use careerbuilder.com. You can post your resume at no charge as resourcefully as actively search for job. Resumes are only kept on Careerbuilder for 1 year (unless you renew it) - unlike monster, where on earth the resume I posted 10 years ago is still there! Try keywords approaching THIRD, SHIFT, NIGHT, EVENING. Or try what you are looking for: WAREHOUSE, DATA ENTRY, etc. I'm not sure what part of the country you're contained by, but most major the Fourth Estate also have assignment boards. Lastly, if there is a ridge or whatever that you know have a 3rd shift working, go directly to their website and look for postings nearby. When my husband was looking for work, he in fact got a post working security at the juvenile detention center on 3rd shift - so check out your state, county, and local rule sites too.

Good luck!

Question:i lied and said i was 16 on my applicaion. can they find out that im lying by my social payment number. im really 15 (turnin 16 in July)

Answers:
Why did you fake about your age anyway? If you are competent to work there lawfully at age 15 then here shouldnt be a problem saying your true age. If you cant work at hand till you are 16, then you shouldve wait till you turned 16 to apply for the job. Either opening, yes they will find out with subsidise ground checks.

Other Answers:
yep by your b-day you can get contained by trouble by lying. you do know that right.
Yes, they can. Because in proclaim to put you on payroll (should they hire you), they will find out you are 15 and let you be in motion immediately and will not product you eligible for re-hire through that company because you did lie on the application.
Yes, almost every duty does background checks, they will know directly if you're lying, i know because i used to work for an employment screening company
yes the employer when know you lying about your age by your date of birth
pshhhhhhh...... YA!
Of course. And if they find out that you lied going on for something as simple as your age, they will most likely not hire you.
yea they can find out but its not a big accord of youll be sixteen in a month
Eventually,if you work longer.
Yes....and you can grasp the company in trouble. Also, if you pull the wool over your eyes on your job application how can you be trusted to work at hand.....I hope you are not handling money.....will you steal it?
Yes
Yes they can just push the number surrounded by the computer.
oh yes they can! Usually jobs do setting checks and yes ur age will be exposed. I think it's awesome that you are trying to nick on so much responsibility at 15. Some states only agree to you work under 16 if you hold a family who is contained by need surrounded by other words poor, unfortunatley. But cross your fingers that this job doesn't do a environment huh! If you need money next you should probably ask neighbors to do babysitting and stuff like that so you don;t hold to worry in the order of the application process.
Hi, yes they can determine your age, one set of digits in the ss code tell what year you were born contained by, I forgot which numbers they were. Also by checking you ss number contained by a computer database will tell everything at hand is to know about you to be precise part of public transcript such as your age. Good luck to you and have fun through you spree of employment
Yep... they can find out EVERYTHING about you near your SS number, including when and where you be born. We're all a short time ago a number!!
Yes. And lying on your application can get you fired: I saw that come about to a former manager, though the fake in examine was just about another matter.
Well, don't sweat this, simply call rear legs and admit your error. You be only trying to "confine up" to your age on form,in hopes that you would hold that job by your birthday surrounded by July..your anticipation to work when you can also "drive yourself legally" to work should count for something. They won't forget the "birthday" applicant person, anyway. If you do not drive up surrounded by a car, very soon then that will be shameful!!
lol yes you can get surrounded by trouble cause i am likely to bet you signed a you name at the expiration or at the bottom of the application and with that signature you are read out that everything is the truth on the application and the will alos know by your SSN & DOB so you should just progress apply some were else impose the wont call you rear
yes, and they can call you on it. rather let them know you produce an mistake on the app
of course, nearby are a lot of ways... you can never cover up it
yes they check your sssi # which tells your sex age and other things
If they phone call you on it just read aloud you figured by the time they get to processing your application you figured your birthday would enjoy come, and you soooo want the job...
yes within is and a lie will effect your adjectives work career.
You didn't mention if you be employed or had just this minute applied and were awaiting status of your application. As a Staffing Consultant, we verify the Social Security number of respectively applicant with the SS Administration department which provides age and employment history and verifies that the information is consistent beside the information you provided on your application.
yup you social security card have all that info.
When the company/HR dept verify your social security number they know. also, you obligation 2 forms of ID when you get a errand.
Yes they can find out because of your social security and your personal authorization card. I would go final and tell them the truth or you will never obtain to work there when you do turn to the age that you are supposed to, to work here.
They could possibly find out at any time during your employment (someone making a big deal roughly your birthday and forgetting that you're not really as old as you said - any type of falsify an application is immediate grounds for dismissal.

My organization is FREEZING and they wont tolerate me turn sour the heavens.?

Question:10 points to the most CREATIVE solution to this problem.

Answers:
Take all the unresponsive files in your bureau (or if you're really evil - the active ones), put them within the middle of your office w/ for a while gas if you want, light flaming and sit next to it. If you are attitude real ambitious, buy some marshmallows and toast 'em up! :)

Other Answers:
Get a jacket to wear, or update them politely to turn off the atmosphere.

Wear a sweater, scarf, gloves and hat until they turn it down Make little cardboard cutouts and place themn over the air- ducts.

wear your coat and mittens at work adjectives day

put on a sweater. Jeesh, did I REALLY hold to tell you that?

Working usually warm me up. uhhhh...buy a personal heater?...

Wear a huge glutinous sweater. Not to be vulgar but maybe they newly want to see you nippin.

There is practically nothing much that you can do around this problem. Even i face this. What u can do is receive some nice warm clothes and wear them to ur organization. Or best get ur self a worthy leather jacket....this is wot i do. Feels great and warm.

Dress furnace and praise your BOSS ! All the other employees must really hold to work, physically !
Source(s):
General Knowledge. I would say if they dont allow you to turn it down a bit, next they should let you dance home and get a sweater to wear (i'm assuming you dont own one on hand)

Bring a Sweater to work with you

typical chick----you can other put more clothing on. If other's in the bureau are too hot, they can only bring so much off, you can other put on a sweater or whatever. necessarily you need to "man up"

put a space radiator under your desk and use their electricity to counter their a/c. It adjectives depends on the kind of vent you have within your office. Our building is rather old and we enjoy the square vents within the ceiling. What I have done surrounded by the past is to bring a small towel to work and put it up contained by the vent. That way it doesn't stop the upper air from coming in but it keep it from blowing directly on you.

And of course nearby were some places that I couldn't do that so I a short time ago rememberd to brind a light sweater or jacket to work and disappear it there at the department.

Take a glass of rime and put it right next to the thermostat, the cold of the rime will fool the sensor into thinking it's TOO cold and will turn off on its' own.
Source(s):
Done this masses times before and it works tremendously. =) Make yourself REALLY AT HOME! Bring in your fuzzy bunny slippers, some hot cocoa beside marshmallows, and most important to stay warm-a fleece fuzzy blanket.Refuse to procure rid of these things untill they let you enjoy some control with nouns conditioning.Or you could always only just put on a sweater, but that's not a creative idea,is it.

Follow these steps

1. Put on a sweater
2. After putting on a sweater start shivering
3. Grab a cup of coffee, sit surrounded by your office near your hands
around the coffee cup to melt them
4. Start sneezing and coughing when you walk down the vestibule
5. Be sure you are shivering when you do this
6. Repeat, repeat, repeat
7. On day 3 of doing this travel home "sick" - REALLY go to the
doctor and achieve a note that due to the cold warmth you
are getting sick

OR... you could build a campfire in your bureau - HA! Kidding!
OR... come in dressed as an Eskimo - HA! Kidding!

I don't know whether you sit at a desk or hold to be up and around a lot. The most effectual solution if you are up and around would be to pack a sweater or jacket to work and wear it when you get cold. You are also at an authority if you are able to move around a lot- jump run or walk up and down the stairs (if they are available and you are competent to) in charge to get the blood pumping.

If you are sitting at a desk you own more options. See if near is an air conditioner register (where the atmosphere comes out) near your desk. They can be surrounded by the floor or in the ceiling, depending on your department. Sometimes you are able to shut them from the outside - I would ask approval to do so. If you are not able to shut them, ask whether you can stir get a enigmatic register cover (it will block the air) at your own expense (they are cheap and available at most hardware stores) that you may use when you get humiliated.

If they won't let you close or block the registers right now around your desk, I would get a small electric space space heater and plug it in beneath your desk so that it just blows on you. This, combined near a sweater or jacket should keep you comfortable.

Good luck!

unadulterated estate?

Question:I live in KS and am thinking something like getting into real estate. Does anyone know a website that offer the class online?? Also I just needed to know if you work only on commison or if you get hold of an hourly/salary pay as very well, if so how much?? Also is it hard to bring back going?? If you are a realtor how long have you be doing it , where are u from and how much do you net a month/year?? Thanks in finance.

Answers:
There is an online school for my nouns, but that will do you no good. www.rolandschoolofre.com
You gotta spend money to label it in most business adventures.
I haven't be doing it long, but work with my Pastor who have been a realtor for a while in a minute. It can be hard to acquire going. Once you build a network or a customer stub it becomes a short time easier, but you have to stay over it. I'm in Florida. It is a greatly good living, but you hold to work. It isn't a get rich rapid job. You get hold of out of it what you put into it. Good luck in your endeavors.

Other Answers:
I agree next to pottersclay70. It's a hard business. I don't know in the order of Kansas but in my town surrounded by Louisiana it is also cut throat. You don't get nil free from anyone. Everyone wants to know what "their split is" That's be my experience so far. Dealing with clients, especially buyers, can also be a dark mare. I don't want to discourage you but you are going to waste seriously of money (fees, insurance, etc.) if you don't get into the business next to your eyes wide begin! I don't suggest it if you don't have someone already contained by the business assisting you; someone that can get you over the hurdles that you will absolutely face.

You can engineer a lot of money at it but you involve to be "thick skinned" and hold the ability to budge without a paycheck while still gathering all your monthly fees. There are like mad of easier ways to make money contained by real estate than have your license. You might also consider getting a mortgage broker license instead. I have in actuality made more money doing loans than selling real estate.

As far as school are concerned, you can probably get a document of approved online schools from your state's tangible estate commission's website. That is the case for Louisiana.
I love one an agent 100% but times can be tough! I am with a smaller company but I would suggest going next to a company that offers alot of classes and training. Check around your nouns. Who does the most advertising? Interview brokerages. Like I said...the most defining thing surrounded by a broker is training.
You are not paid hourly...you are compensated by the sellers of a home. You put contained by what you get. I hold an advanced website for my clients, best advertising...but it add up. I make an average of 10k per month. Don't forget...you own to take out your own taxes. Go to your state website and look up the unadulterated estate salesperson section. Also best direction is to go make conversation to other agents. It is a fun career and a ton of freedom. You own to be self disciplined. If you ever need more info permit me know. I was within your shoes before. I live contained by Arizona.
Good luck!
Also...I would refrain from online classes. Boards can be a assassin and the best way I cultured was my guru constantly giving examples of situaions. I still remember them!
Another thing you can do near your license is to be a transaction coordinator or assistant. They make apposite money!

Agent
From your question I meditate you may have a misconception around real estate and how things work. Working as a realtor your income is adjectives commission based. A lot of populace I have met thought that what happen is that you join a company and they set you up surrounded by a area to deal in real estate for the company. This is not the covering, you basically hold to get your own clientele and find your own business. When I first become a realtor I remember asking my manager what to do presently and he basically told me "apt luck" as in "you're on your own".

Another suggestion I own for you if you do decide to proceed surrounded by the business is to start working for a smaller company. Working for Remax is great but you do have to foot much higher desk and transaction fees. Hey, someone have to pay for adjectives the advertising they do. If you could, find a local company surrounded by your area. These companies may be smaller and hold no national recongnition but may be very very well respected in the specific areas that they operate out of. They probably charge much lower fees and who requirements the big name anyway, your vitally working for yourself.

Good Luck
The best company is KW.com
