If other's in the bureau are too hot, they can only bring so much off, you can other put on a sweater or whatever. necessarily you need to "man up"put a space radiator under your desk and use their electricity to counter their a/c. I don't know whether you sit at a desk or hold to be up and around a lot. The most effectual solution if you are up and around would be to pack a sweater or jacket to work and wear it when you get cold.
