Question:About a month ago I posted a question something like my resume and I didn't really get the answer I be quite looking for. I get a ton of help, but no serve for my resume, which is due tomarrow (Wed.) and it is a good cut of out grade. I own all of it done, but I don't know exactly what I entail to put for education backround. We enjoy to pretend we already went to college. So it would be WONDERFUL is any body out in that could copy and paste their lessons backround part of their resume. I don't exactly know how long it take per degree. I honestly will vote you best answer if you could do that. I am totally clueless on how long it take per degree. Like it wants to say, Fall 2011 - Spring 2014 bachelor's level in botany at University of Georgia. I suggest, that's what I have so far. I don't even know if that's how long it take for a bachelor's degree! Please assistance! I'm going to be a botanist. This is for an 8th grade lifeskills class! Just follow a right format to list the information. Most employer are only concerned near the date or year the degree be conferred, the type of degree, and arts school:

Question:I started working in a spanking new position in a hot field--I held my last livelihood for 6 years. I went from one in a 3 personage office to a HUGE bureau building with cubicles and such. I own been here since 5/30/06--I am NOT adjust well to have others look over my shoulder, being the 'new gal', and coming into a enclosed space that is so unlike my mature one (I was an admin back, now I process payroll for the state). What the position be described as, and what it is is completely different. My boss has admit that they are aware that I was pulled out of my environment (I applied for an admin position, they offered me this one instead). I will not be returning to my dated job (though some days I want to run screaming to it). Any words of warning to help wellbeing the transition? I've never worked in a true bureau setting with politics, 'games', cliques and watchers back and am not comfortable in it. I'm not a quitter, but I don't want to do this opportunity anymore (EVER). It's only be a couple of months. Give it some time and throw yourself at the work. It might be something that you will grow to really like. Office politics...don't speak anything to anyone about anyone else...grass will get you contained by the supervisors office for for a time "meeting" faster than an Iranian missile headed for Israel.
Try to maintain your work ethic high because you can other slow down and not upset anyone...if they have to ask you to step it up...your on the wrong schedule.
Try to enjoy it...if you can't or the pay envelope isn't what it takes for your handling the living...look for work elsewhere within the agency and don't merely quit.

If you can develop a friendship with someone surrounded by your office, that will help out. At least you won't have a feeling so alone. I've never had someone looking over my shoulder, but I've worked near the "cliques" and that is a definite pain. Don't tolerate yourself be miserable though. I was to the point of hate my job! I dreaded going surrounded by every morning! I held out as long as I could, but finally transfered to another department. If it gets too fruitless, "even though you are not a quitter" I would find something else to do. Sometimes when you are miserable at work, it comes home with you too.
Boy oh boy hold I been here! When I was 21, I took a opportunity at a bank processing center that have excellent benefits, good pay cheque, yadda yadda yadda. The only problem be, eveytime I turned around I had someone 'telling" on me for using the phone or mortal away from my desk too long. On top of that, my supervisor was a overprotective *itch! I even went to human resources who at once swept things under the rug even though I have several co-workers divulge that I was a target for my psycho boss's desire to flex her muscles.
I be so stressed out that I (one who harldy ever had headaches) developed migraines and have one EVERYDAY! It got so desperate once, that I lost vision surrounded by one eye for a few hours. That was when I know it was time to progress. I literally walked out of near one day and never come back. So my direction to you is get out as soon as you can. Don't conjecture of it as quitting- it just wasn't an environment you excel within and there's nothing wrong near that. Why be miserable just to hide away face? Look for another opportunity immediately because your welfare and health are much more esteemed than a paycheck.
