Question:Hello. I recently applied and interviewed for an IT employment for a mortgage company in my nouns. Went through about 4 interviews, and apparently they are serious just about hiring me.Today I get an email asking for consent to do a conditions check. Consumer, criminal, the works. They say they hold to because they are regulated by the state banking dept. Sounds bogus to me but doesn`t matter what.
Anyway, about 4 years ago my mom overdrew my trust depiction and therefore cause some of the checks I wrote to bounce. Should I switch job??
Question:Right now I'm selling cell phones. Money used to be well-mannered but lately business is slow. We've also merged with another store, so there's more reps working which vehicle more competition for me to get commission. Also, I own to work random days, including weekends and other have an untimely Thursday morning meeting (it sucks!).I get a job grant doing something completely different - working with products surrounded by a sophisticated grocery store, Monday thru Friday, 8-5. However I would be taking a pay cut (probably roughly $2-3 grand/year).
I'm about to buy a house and possibly be in motion back to university, so money is important. However, neither charge is something I want to do for the rest of my life. Any warning?

1. Why pinch a pay cut when you're looking to buy a house?
2. Changing job shortly before seeking a home loan might not be your best strategy.
3. Consider whether you can affix a part-time profession that could complement/supplement your current job. One that could acquire you either a bit more personal fulfilment or a bit more money or both.
4. If you are going to change job AND buy a new home AND run to back to college - you may want to make sure you enjoy your time management skills within order - stress can build up fast if you don't manage your time in good health.
