I cannot keep up my 15 hour days minus a siesta, so why should I expect anyone else to do so. If your question is should I sleep at work so I can hold more time for my personal life after work, hell no.

I used to work a protection job from 6PM-6AM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I worked 36 hours between when most those left on Friday and returned on Monday, and surrounded by many ways be very cool. The impossible thing around that is that my weekends be shot. I'd need to sleep at least possible like 6 hours between those shifts and it didn't hand down much time to play. When I didn't get my sleep, I'd support the doors, take the walky-talky beside me, and take a siesta in the board room. I be off video camera and if anyone question me, the walky talky would wake me up and I "saw something on the monitor that I needed to go check out." The walky-talky would wake up me up for my hourly radio checks, and also if anyone needed to come in.
Was this ethical or well-mannered planning? Probably not. It was better planning than my co-worker who get fired for sleeping at the front desk. I could've gotten away with it longer, but I wound up quitting when that co-worker get fired because he was supposed to cover my shift the dark of my little brother's 30th birthday party, and they supposibly didn't own anyone else to cover for that one night...so guess what? They have to cover all three of my night that week, and for the rest of that contract!
As a general rule, no mode! From a company standpoint, you're being compensated to work not sleep. If you're too tired to work, that's your problem.
Now there are some companies, especially overseas ones that foster it. For example, within Japan where ancestors work such long hours, naps are adjectives.

It sounds to me similar to they are getting ready to shut down your place of business. Opinions differ on this, but most righteous drivers and safety directors will recount you this: You definitely want to stay away from company-paid ("sponsored") training. 99 times out of 100 it ends up man a bad business deal for the students (there are a few exceptions, but you have to stir the right school to craft sure the training is safe and prepares you for a career).
