I simply sit there.....partially the time nobody is calling so I just chill out, surf the web, and listen to my Ipod. Actual work? The closest thing I do to explicitly working out in the gym, and it's strong to call that actual work. I would say aloud anywhere from 20-30 minutes in a full week. But that's a stretch.
3, 4 max. I don't want to overdue it. The boss will start expecting it from me if I do too much work while in attendance. I'm mellow and kinda laid back. I didn't do much contained by school any.

I had a 1 1/2 inch galvanize steel drain running from the kitchen to the main sewer file. It would get clogged annually. So it have to be taken apart and cleaned out. A real messy undertaking. I finally replaced it with plastic. No more cleaning required.I ruminate I can top that. Ever seen the movie Jarhead when he take the big bucket of poop out of the crapper in the middle of the desert? You after have to put a bunch of diesel or gas contained by there, consequently you set it on fire. The worst quantity is moving the drum, it's so big that your arms have to step around it, and then to do that your frontage is only a few inches away from everyone else's poop. Then you bring back to stir the poop while it burns to get it moral and burned down so you can move it back... I worked at two places which required just about the same entry: A nursing home where I bathed and feed Seniors who couldnt do it themselves, this included helping them poop, some which you had to dig-out if you know what I aim.My 2nd job be a school custodian, which near kids you clean up LOTS of stuff. And presently....well presently, I handle Dead Bodies. So what's worse.

I worked in an optical lab,and run the polishers,Everyday when i got bad work my clothes and shoes were covered next to white polish,eeww I worked at a park in lofty school and college doing conservation. We would paint, mow the lawns and clean the bathrooms... all right half of the bathrooms be vault toilets..only a pit below the seat that would achieve pumped out when too full.. one time a mom complained that her son could fall down at hand, so we installed these criss crossed bars to pick up things.... so, they decided that those have to be cleaned off as economically. Horrible...we would hook a hose up to the sink and power spray them down. We ended up wearing mask to cover up the smells.. yuck....
although the longer we were here, my friends and I would always assign the rookies that assignment
I used to have to verbs out dog kennels which were full of dog crap. Oh and move a big dustbin of months matured dog crap around a garden. The smell was horrible, after a week or so of doing it everyday I developed an almost Pavlovian (no pun intended) response to the dustbin and would open gagging and wretching at the site of it.
There be this other time that I had to verbs out a settling tank/pump reservoir in a below ground kitchen, unsophisticatedly the pump had stopped working because it be clogged up with impacted, rotting food and spend in dribs and drabs. Again the smell was awful, the together tank be encrusted with this stuff that have the texture of pate and looked like grey goo. I have to cut the stuff off the sides of the cistern in slices. I wound up individual sick in on the customers kitchen floor and surrounded by their sink because the smell was making me wretch so much.
