NEVER work at a employment you hate. Life is to short. Better to build less and be joyous.

Other Answers:
lifes too short to do things you dont enjoy x
bartend - polite idea. Free drinks. Social errand. Good money
There is nothing worse than going to a work you hate to work at. I'd do the few section time jobs. If nought else this sounds like it is simply a summer thing and it will be over surrounded by a few months.
Stay at the current part-time brief. If you are going to school full time, you are going to have need of the money to sustain. Since you are continuing your educaiton, I can assume that your current job is freshly that a job and not a art, so deal beside it. Why work "a few part-time jobs" when you can work one assignment, go to academy and have time to study, and conceivably a social life?

The conviction can only be removed contained by Michigan. You need to contact an attorney surrounded by Michigan or use a local attorney to contact a Michigan attorney to petition the court to remove the conviction. Be prepared to prove to the court,by your subsequent actions(last 9 years) why they should do this. An attorney who specializies in this pen will be your best bet. It ain't gonna be cheap, but you got 40+ yuears tomake up the money it costs you. apposite luck

You can't get rid of it alone. See a attorney asap. There may be ways of suppressing it since you were beneath 18 at the time.

In most states they will drop it if you have stayed out of trouble for that lots years. I hope this has help you out. Good luck.

after 7 years you can have your transcript expunged and sealed by the courts depending on the temperament of the crime.
capital offence usualy aren't allowed to be sealed, speacialy if it involved a wepon such as a gun.
but most lawyer can handle this percidure and petition the courts on your behalf for a nominal allowance.
usualy arounf 500 dollars and up. again depending upond the nature of the crime.
you can also stir to a local law university and ask them to petition the court also.
paralegals, law students ect...
are competent to usualy handle this obligation with effortlessness.
good luck!

cool I grain for you. I know a few guys that have felony and NONE of them work for someone else, they all own their own businesses because they realize that they will be judge by their past when trying to apply for a opening. One has his own barber shop and the other owns a transcription store. I would look into starting your own business or buying and selling real estate so you can be self sufficent and not depend on a company to be exact going to judge you for something that happen 9 years ago. Good luck!

Help locking for company to sponsor Indian national symbolic designer ...?

Question:HE IS DEAR FRIEND ON 6 MONTH VISITORS VISA
PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS OF COMPANY THAT WILL SPONSOR HIM OR HOW WE FIND PLEASE MAIL ME.. PLEASE.. JEN

Answers:
It is not easy to find an employer who will sponsor an immigrant, especially inwardly the time period. What he desires to do is to show his portfolio and apply to as many companies as possible. Many will turn him down because he have no SSN and work permits. He can also try applying to Indian companies (or Indian-headed business) to see if they are more sympathetic to him.

Who know, one of these companies will take an interest at him and would want to preserve him -- and help him by sponsoring him and applying for work visa whether it is H1B or employment-based immigration that lead to green card. It is not an easy process, and it he wishes a lot of luck.

i'm a supervisor my grill is if an hand touchy me is it okay to sign out a file? i wont see him 4 7 days

Question:this employee tend to joke alot, i wont see him again for more or less 7 days. would it be beneficial to leave a entry in his locker?

Answers:
As an member of staff, not a supervisor...I would rather prefer a phone give the name or a left message. It seem more personable if you confront the person to some extent than leaving a non-professional file. Or wait till they seize back.

Other Answers:
Sure bestow a note, or of late fire his *** for insubordination. Use your power. Or just suck it up and forget nearly it, don't let them know your shaky points.

No, it would neither be beneficial or OK to leave a details in his locker. You should own handled it as soon as it happen. You may take the human being aside when they return and state your case. If your member of staff didn't go outside the HR guidelines or break any company policy, don't depart him a note. This could be construed as a bias against this member of staff and give him ammunition to use against you if you ever hold to administer real corrective dealing.
Try talking to the guy facade to face. And maintain it light. Just report him that joking around is ok every once within a while, but it's a place of business and he needs to conduct himself as expected.
Source(s):
4 years of supervising....

leaving a tasteful but friendly note wouldn;t be fruitless idea howeve i'd transport a face to facade talk any daytime...talk almost it In my case, I'd lurk for the employee to return, I will consequently talk to him privately and make clear to him about the situation and what can be done to avoid it from occurring again.

Only if the note say that you would like to chitchat to him.
DO NOT leave a write down telling him that he sulky him. That is very unprofessional.

If you don't see him for 7 days because you're rotten or gone, you might want to make an attempt to see him on your sour time if this is serious. If it isn't that serious talk to him when you return. If he is the one specifically gone, obviously you will hold to wait.

If you go off him a note that he touchy you, he is going to think you don't want to facade him and will think smaller number of you.

You are the one in a paperwork position so you have to run a leadership roll and correct procedures to fiddle with the situation.

Good Luck!!

How do you dispatch a thank you write down to an internviewer? do you messages to the store? or e-mail?

Question:

Answers:
A hand-written note is best. You should address it to the interviewer intuitively at the address where the interview be conducted. Ideally, you drop it in the post the same daylight as the interview.

If the interview was beside a high-tech firm and you know the interviewer's e-mail address then e-mail MAY be OK but I still prefer a hand-written minute.

If possible, try to get a business card from any interviewer. That tell you everything that you need to know -- cross, business address, e-mail, etc. Just ask matter-of-factly as you get prepared to leave if they don't submit you one. (If you don't have one to volunteer yourself, have some simple calling cards made up near your name and phone number on them. Very classy!)

Other Answers:
I reason you should mail it.

I once paw delivered it. I get the job. Either opening is ok. Be sure to thank the interviewer for taking time out of his/her busy schedule, and reaffirm your desire to work for their company. Hope that help.

Never e-mail it. Hand delivering the memo is great. But, just surrounded by case you don't trust the soul you gave it to, messages a copy.

Mail it with the interviewers term and title on the envelope. Also be sure to thank the interviewer and tell them how you will benefit the company. Don't be shy here. Tell them exactly what you plan to do...for example, if you applied to Sears, report to them that you have studious by being a customer how central professionalism is and how you will be professional. I have gotten several job this way. It works...

Matt

If you really want to receive hired I would send it to the store...It's somewhat more personal its something they actually can physically pocket and keep and they will remember you for your consideration. An e-mail is faster definately, and the employer could print it out if they looked-for but it isn't as personal I dunno...with a message it's just the thought of have something that was paw written and shows you took the time to give that 'thanks' for interviewing you. Like I said if you want to return with hired that would be the way to walk they will remember it. Mail

Only for the successful ones. Think "Lionel Hutz" of the "Simpsons."

Even if you hold a professional degrees such as within law, drug, business administration, etc., this is no guarantee that you will be making big bucks. You own to have the right nouns to land a available job in the right places to do that. There are lawyer, doctors, and MBA's who are making no more than $50,000-60,000 a year. It is rough out there within the real world, unless you intertwine up with the right culture who can help your craft along. Just because you go to tenet school spend anywhere for 10K to 20K a year for three years that you will be making the big bucks when you capture out. New lawyers are usually required to bill just about 2 thousand hours a year does not leave you near much free time, no social life, if you are honourable you will slowly climb the up, the other way to spawn a small living is to find a niche like workers comp do not put as frequent hours in thus smaller amount pay but you hold a social life. other bearing is to be very biddable at PI get a couple of right cases and bam big time money

Any professional career is just lucrative for those who are successful. You made a brilliant observation!

It is never too postponed. I recommend some courses at the community college. If anything, look into a home-based business so you can grow at your own pace but still jump to school when you inevitability to. It is never too late to succeed!! Go for it and dutiful luck!! You haven't missed the boat at all!

You of late need to pick a profession that have a high emergency for employees and consequently your age will not be a factor in getting a duty.

A good nouns to get into is healthcare. The settle is very righteous too. You could go into nursing or imaging or anything you like. An RN level is a 2 year degree that can be obtain at most community colleges. The imaging degrees resembling radiology, sonogram, CT scans and such also require with the sole purpose a couple of years of schooling.

I have oodles, many friend who hold switched to healthcare related careers contained by their middle years. They had no problem getting a brief because there is such a soaring demand due to a labor shortage within heatlhcare.

You'll also do better in college as an adult! Most construe it will be harder but the reality is a more grown person is focused on completing tasks and studying more than someone newly out of high academy.

Go for it! You'll do great!

Actually, it would depend on what you take up surrounded by school. And in attendance is some amount of realization that older workers are better than young-looking ones, in that they are more stable, already know what's what about having a assignment, show up regularly and reliably, and so forth. So it is not hopeless.

Besides, that you went out and get ed & training is a plus when looking for a new living.

Look for things to get trained within that have shortages of workers. A guy at work said he saw that he could retire up to that time he was out of work, which he saw coming, so he used the time to go to nursing college, got his RN, retired and be hired as an RN, so he had his retirement and his remuneration. Doing pretty well. I reflect on he was 54 at the time I met him. It depends what you indicate by succeed. If you just want to create some money and have a flawless life, lay horses. Its guaranteed nouns! Contact me if you are interested.

BUT IF FOR NOTHING ELSE OTHER THAN THE EXPERIENCE, GO ANYWAY. by the way. do you suggest you can stop by and pick me up? missouri sucks.

Will hold my principal interview soon.Any tips for the usual question asked?

Question:I am applying for a job as a Host on a cruise ship. Principal interview near the employer will be on the second of August. Three applicants will be interviewed at a time. How will I make myself stand out in need looking conceited? I have be a host and coordinator/planner for special events for the past eight years. Will appreciate your tips/advice.

Answers:
If you're human being interviewed with two other race at the same time, you own to stand out. Don't worry something like sounding conceited. Interviewers like confidence, and don't see it as anyone egotistical. They're only going to be next to you for a short time, and probably interviewing multiple groups of 3 back they finish.

You want to be remembered. The shy person or the modest being will be forgotten as soon as they walk out the door. The nation that are upfront and confidant about their ability will be remembered.

In order to not nouns like a braggart, relate the truth. You clearly are qualified, so don't exaggerate. Most interviewers can see right through that.

Be prepared. There are certain things you should do beforehand any interview.

1. Do a little research on the company.
Sounds silly, but Interviewers love the elderly "Why do you want to work for ____" question. People are impressed if you throw within a reference to the company. Something similar to "....and I really like the certainty that your company's motto is such-and-such, because I think this in the region of that."

2. Prepare your answers.
Unfortunately, 80% of all professional interviews use equal hackneyed question:

"What's your biggest flaw" or "What's your worst trait?"
"What are you best at?"
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
"Why do you want to work here?"

I detest most questions close to this, and never use them when interviewing. But still, you should be prepared for those questions and hold answers for them.

When an interview ends, the interviewer usually asks "Anything else you'd like to enunciate?" Usually, when I ask this question contained by an interview, no one take me up on it. That's a HUGE mistake.
This is your chance to shine. If you haven't told them why they should hire you, next do so now. If you haven't told them why you're the best soul for the job, do so immediately. If you've already done all of that, still give somebody a lift the chance to reiterate why you're foolproof for the job.

Good luck!

Other Answers:
point out how your prev experience suits the commission, duties etc.stay away from the boastful conceited attitude. look presentable and friendly

before he make some question, you utter: I do!
