Question:I've been trying to verbs within the company, and am over 40. My boss is a nightmare, and I am not sure if the boss is sabotoging me, or if they are only just discriminating due to my age or rate of pay. I own excellent references from former manager within alike company. I am finding it very complicated to get a profession within. I own had 7-8 interviews but carry declined, beside generic reasons. I am a single home owner and can't bring a huge pay cut. I also own lots of built up benefits and like the company, but be aware of I am getting the shaft, either contained by the form of being blackballed by the boss, or age nouns.
