depends on the conditions of your hire. Many places have probationary period that you don;t get squat if they don't similar to you. In some cases, the fine print may read that if you are ever terminated that you have no rights to the option.

Good luck on that one. I do love my employment but it does not fit into your desires. I work at a high institution so I more paid leave than most jobs. I am stale all summer and 2 weeks at Christmas, a week at Thanksgiving, a week for spring break, plus a morning here and there throughout the year. I work 730 to 445 Monday through Friday. I work next to infants whose parents are high conservatory students trying to finish school. I monitor the babies and teach them while the parents be in motion to class. I also work with the parents on parenting issues. I love seeing the cove learn and helping the parents to finish conservatory to make a better time for themselves and their baby. Pay contained by any form of child care is low but near my paid time stale I feel I am remunerated decent but I will never kind a lot of money surrounded by this field. As far as job go, find out what you soak up doing and do it. I did some volunteer work with a Substance Abuse Counseling center and found out I like it. I went to academy and spent many years working beside adolescent substance abusers. I loved my mission! I couldn't believe I actually get money for having such a blast! I would insist on anyone to change career if they are unhappy. It's doomed to failure enough to hold to work for a living but it's much worse if you hate what you're doing. I dont have a great deal of faith contained by temp agencies. They want to only work you when it is at THEIR convenience. The agency that I worked for (starts next to an M) had exceptionally few temps turn to perm employees. Well because they are not unalterable. They will be gone... Thats why permanent employer let their wrath lose on transient ones so they can get away beside it easily...

I didn't know what I wanted to be - I reason I let my mom settle on for me. Except I figured it out too belatedly. Had a degree and a pimp opportunity, which I hated. Eventually I become a graphic designer and very soon I have a pimp employment that I love! I guess it all worked out surrounded by the end. Except, economically, I'm a little bitter towards my mom. Meh, who's not?
