what is a material estate appraiser, is it a respectable livelihood, if i am a womanly doctor, can i marry an appraiser?

Question:

Answers:
I wouldn't not marry someone because of their job. It's pretty stedy work and they engender good money and it's assured to be self employed with it. However, the appraisers I"ve come surrounded by contact with (and I've come contained by contact with a lot) hold mostly been complete idiots/losers.

Other Answers:
A genuine estate apraiser foes around to people's houses and apraises their value for any resale or equity purposes. The decision of who you marry should not lay on their chore title. You should marry for love!
yes, it is a respectable job. they work for bank and mortgage companies to evaluate property for loans. Why do you ask this question. do you have a feeling the person is beneath your standing as a dr? possibly you should not marry him .
surely you can marry whoever you fall surrounded by love with.
In this country, you marry anyone you want, as long as they are over 18 and of the in front of sex,and human. Money isnt everything. Compatibilty is much more important. MIKE
hang about wait.. you are asking US, if YOU should marry someone who doesnt gross as much money as you??

Warn him that he is marrying low class, and yeah you are a doctor and he is a measly home appraiser making 40 k a year.

dont marry him, he probably doesnt deserve such a rich smart wonderful loving female as yourself.
Source(s):
please note that its sarcasm
Appraising valid estate is much more involved than it sounds. Usually, an appraiser will undergo specialized training and several years working lower than another appraiser before self able to do appraisals on his/her own.

It is a relatively respectable job that can be intensely difficult to get into, and some appraisers are salaried very okay.

I know of no laws that prohibit the marry of a doctor and a real estate appraiser, but you might want to check where on earth you live.
Yes, I concur. A real estate appraiser help a potential buyer of a home or a financial institution (if someone wants to get hold of a mortgage or another form of financing, or homeowner's insurance) find the value of the property, the appeal of specific parts of the property, what needs to be repaired to become a functional property, et cetera. It is a tremendously respectable occupation.
I should tell you that engineer sure he has liability insurance. As a doctor, I am sure you know individuals who want to sue. Even though an appraiser has smaller quantity liability than other certain occupation, if he does not value something correctly or misses something that should stick out in value the home or property (such as missing the fact that within is major termite spoil in a wall), he can be sued. Either that, or freshly do not combine your financial situations.

Congratulations if this works out

what should i prepare for a psychotest (for opportunity recruitment) tomorrow?

Question:

Answers:
Confidence. Psychotest is not something that you can learn. It is useless to study or even to falsehood. The purpose of HRD developing a psychotest is not only to consider your skills, but your personality, so the organisation can hire the personality whose personality fits into the organisation's culture. It's not around how good your sense of self is, but how it "fits" into the company. Good luck with your interview tomorrow.

Has anyone ever worked a interim organization position?

Question:Like what was it resembling, how long did you work?

Answers:
It varies like wildfire. It really depends, sometimes even regardless of your qualifications. I've worked a couple of temp positions where on earth I answered a few calls and stared at the ceiling most of the time, and others I was busting butt file doing menial tasks like messages and data entry. I've worked in the future to a few months. If the assignment is temporary consequently obviously you will individual work the assignment, but if its a "temp-to-hire" you could be there indefinitely. Just do the best you can. :) I've gotten two of my long permanent status jobs through temp agencys (4 years, and 1 year) One piece I've noticed, sometimes the personnel seem to deed as if you "aren't there". They talk around things like you aren't listen. It can be quite interesting!

Other Answers:
I'm looking for one right immediately, sniff sniff.

Yes I did. It depends, when I went to University, I official only summer job. Now is whenever I can get a career. I know people who own, for some of them it lead to unchanging positions. They worked for several months before getting hired on, so its best to engineer a good hollow

Yes. I went through a temp agency as a secretary & be given a position at a prominent aerospace corporation in a department that ordered parts for the Space Shuttle. I have no prior experience in that grazing land other than my perfect secretarial skills, but it be a position that they couldn't fill effortlessly because the boss was a tangible tyrant although it paid excellant wages. But I go for it because I wanted the experience to swot up and I worked five days a week for 7 months and was around to be hired permanently until governmental funding begin dwindling & layoffs began. Then I go to another agency and showed my resume, tested, and explained that I really wanted a unbreakable job and it turned out they have one at an international publishing company. They helped me interview and coached me on what they be looking for and I landed the position. Great commission, excellent experience and great benefits. That was a decade ago and I'm glad that I tried an agency.

I be a temporary staff for one company and it be under contract for 3 months. It be not really good because u cant revise much things and it is bad to hear when folks do not really rely on your skills as you are stamped as 'Temporary Staff'. To be frank, I felt approaching my self-esteem was drastically low! I quit after completed my 3 months contract and never asked for extension. Now I am doing my own job at home: http://www.website.ws/powercontrol I earn more than what my ex-colleagues earning in a minute. My advice is, conditional job is merely suitable for students!
Source(s):
http://www.website.ws/powercontrol

I did it for years before I land a permanent employment (though not thru temping). Each experience was necessarily the same for me. A lot of the time, the work I be responsible for was duplicate as everyone elses, although at one place, I had access to confidential materials that some of the 'regular' force didn't! If I wanted a long permanent status assignment (1 year +), I'd let my recruiter know. That agency I wouldn't get stuck working some place for purely a day or a week. My longest assignment go for nearly 2 years. It cold have gone longer but that's when I land my permanent career.

Absolutely NOT. It's unethical and dissolute. It can also lead you into permissible trouble. Has this happened to you or are you considering doing ot to someone else?

In other words, a business may have a claim for slander and be entitled to damages if a competitor makes untrue statements in the region of the business's products. Also, it is improper to kind false, disparaging comments about someone else's title to property. If you state or suggest that someone does not really own some piece of property, when they in certainty own it, you may be libel if the owner is then incompetent to sell the property at the desired price because of your statements.

but try it within business,i would like to know if it works.

don't be a fool...enthusiasm is too short; and the business world too small. Never. Can have decriminalized issues not to mention hurt your business from the client perspective.

Why would you waste your time belittling another company... if you own an audience don't waste the opportunity by conversation of some other company... promote yourself or your company. Word of mouth advertising is one of the BEST ways to receive your message out... if you have the opportunity to own someone hear you don't waste it... PROMOTE the correct... people will respect you more for NOT "going there" and will be more apt to do business near you. Who would you prefer to listen to... someone excited about what they are doing or someone complaining and screaming more or less how bad some other person/company is? Personally I don't support to hear what you don't like, what I am interested contained by is the things you DO recommend. There's already too much negativity in this world (especially within business). Tell me what will benefit me and I'm with you adjectives the way.

This is why I work next to the company I do... they do not allow people to badmouth other opportunity. Reputation is everything in business. We prefer to be certain for our exceptional products, high business standards, and the facility to help associates who want to create an income from home. We are soo busy doing those things we don't have time to impossible mouth other opportunities.... eventually they will stamp out themselves...without us have to tell others of their flawes.

Associate must sustain? If associate continues with attendance problem further disciplinary arrangements will be taken up to and including termination.

Indicate what corrective actions the associate wishes to take on her behalf. And I am thinking of giving her/him 6 months for a time frame?

Answers:
I worked for two companies who have strict policies....

They were as follows

Any lateness, .....3 warning (written) then signed by member of staff....on the 4th tardy day the member of staff was terminated.

Bad attitude, behavior, etc....3 warning (written), then signed by hand...on the 4th instance of bad attitude/behavior hand was terminated

The same go for any other issues....3 warnings, and on the 4 instance the hand would be terminated. The "warnings" only last for a year...so if the employee be late twice contained by the first year and was not unpaid again until the following year their number of warnings would individual be 1. In other words, there be no "roll-over".

Good luck.

my former member of staff wrote me a bleak payroll check and refuse to income ,any suggestions?

Question:i quit my job on 6/23/06 and i of late found out my last payroll check be nsf,i called employer ,she told me to loaf on it! ANY suggestions?

Answers:
You need to check next to your city and state laws to see exactly how long you should loaf or if you even have to. I know that within Texas they have to honor the check or you can purloin them to small claims court (as long as it is less that $5,000, i think). However, you can not get hold of blood from a turnup, they say. But within the long run, the money is owed to you and they must pay some how. But the first place to check is near the unemployment agency. They might be capable of direct you in the right place for information.

Other Answers:
Report them to your local department of labor department.

yes contact the labor department - get the feds involved SUE, LAWYER, COURT, WHIP BUTT, CLOWN...adjectives of these terms should spark some thought as to what you should do!

hmm.... possibly loaf til next reimburse period. If you achieve nothing next, go to a advocate.

By 'wait' you mean how long? A week, maybe you can wait. Longer than a month, I'd catch some advice from a legalized friend (since paying those legal fees could soak up your entire payroll check!) and travel to a small claims court. Who knows? You could closing stages up on Judge Judy!

labor department... get surrounded by touch with the labor relations board within the state you live in and transmit them your problem. they should be able to relief you out

The Peoples Court

they have by statute, a 14 day grace length to give you your check....near is nothing you can do until the 15th light of day. if you still don't have it, you can find an attorney to write a letter for you for more or less $50. also, your ex-employer is responsible for any fees your bank may enjoy charged you, if any.
Source(s):
worked for attorneys since 2000

You need to folder a claim with your state's department of labor. It vary from state to state, but you are owed that money. You will have to folder a "Claim for Unpaid Wages" (or something along that lines).

In addition, I would record a claim at the Better Business Bureau. It rates companies and gives information to others who inquire give or take a few them.

IF IT'S POSSABLE CASH IT AT THE BANK FROM WHERE THE ACCOUNT IS . IF YOU CAN'T DO THAT THEN TAKE THE CHECK TO THE LOCAL LABOR BOARD.
