How do I find a situation contained by France or Italy? I hold a B.S.within lessons. I speak French. I hold traveled?
Question:Answers:
Hi There,
For Italy If you're planning to work in schooling you may try with English school, provided you know at least for a time Italian (In some schools they also enrol teachers beside no knowledge of Italian at all).
As strange as it may appear to you, another way to find a career in Italy is.....getting local friends who introduce you to other friends and so on. The system can friendly you unlimited horizons as that is the actual road Italy works. The system is active adjectives over the nation but central/southern Italy is more affected than the northern areas.
One of the biggest group of English Schools is Angloamerican Centre,
Also British School (I worked for them as interpreter and translator for several years).
That said, be aware that working surrounded by Italy is rarely rewarding contained by terms of income, while it can be an enriching experience within terms of friendships, trait of life etc.
That's it. I yearning you good luck

A Question for South Florida residents or anyone who have lived within South Florida. What's it Like to Live in attendance?
Question:If you live on the East coast of south Florida, say Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm, Miami..etc.. How is time there? What do you do when a hurricane is on its instrument? Is there any place inland thats safer than right on the sand? Whats some neighbor hoods and night life span? What about raise a family near? Anyone who currently lives there or have lived there, I a moment ago would like to find more in the order of it before relocating in attendance. I would be moving with my Girlfriend and my brother. Girlfriend is a professor, Brother and I are in the I.T. grazing land. I would imagine we will lately find a apartment online and just move. Where is the right and bad neighborhoods? Thanks everyone contained by advance!Answers:
I lived within Jacksonville, FLA all my vivacity (up until 4 years ago). I'm in my 30's.
I can share you that South FLA is a "mess". It is outrageously expensive( the cost of real estate, insurance, GAS , utility's). If you are ANYWHERE effective the COAST expect to pay $750-1200 a month for a "decent" apartment( 1 bedroom/1 bath). (You can carry a cheaper place but it will be in a doomed to failure neighborhood , HUD Housing , or "falling down".)
Unless you are Cuban, Miami would not be my favorite place to "raise a family".
Unless you are RICH, Ft. Laudy or Boca Raton would not be a great place to "tilt a family".
My Aunt is a retired PHD teacher and when she be at the climax of her career she be only making 42,500 a year, (and she be an "award-winning" teacher too!).
Teacher's surrounded by FLA are some of the most under-paid in the nation( verse the "cost of living").
Crime is everywhere. More than 1 person a daytime is murdered ,( I didn't see the contrast of this until I moved to MN ).
DRUGS are everywhere; it "snows" in FLA so much it's ridiculous! If you live within HUD or just your average inexpensive housing, nearby is a good providence you will be living next to a peddler or WORSE!
Jobs are everywhere, IF you don't mind starting close to ,or AT, the bottom and working your way up.
Traffic is as fruitless, if not worse, than Atlanta at 5:01!
If you HAD to move here I would suggest North Fla, or "The Panhandle" region's. At least possible in these area's you MIGHT be capable of find decent "housing" at a unprejudiced price. And JAX & St. Augustine havn't been hit by a hurricane within YEARS! lol
Florida is a gorgeous state but it has be taken over by the RICH. Beaches I grew up surfing I can't even GET on because of the myriad condo's and beach-houses. It has become a rich mans/retiree's fantasy.
I would seriously INVESTIGATE before making any chief decision's.Take a trip to where you want to live within FLA. That is your best bet.
I once had a friend who be from MI and he moved here with "HIGH HOPES"; 2 years subsequent he moved back to MI because he couldn't find a errand in his enclosed space that payed enough to live on,(he be a EMT). And that's just 1 of MANY ethnic group I KNOW who went home for sundry reason's.
Just remember FLA ain't the place you grew up with,( when you be 11). It has changed. I would relate living within South FLA to living in NY or LA in a minute! It's a MESS!
As for hurricanes, once you live there, it's similar to any other nuisance. Just remember to evacuate when they report to you and you will be fine. Only idiots and diehards "ride the storm out". BE careful!
Other Answers:
HEAVENLY!
I live within Ft. Lauderdael and it sucks. The weather is great, but the people are rude, and the housing is highly very expensive. During a hurricane, you a moment ago board up, stock up on water and battery and livbe without power for a while. After Hurricane Wilma on Oct 24, I be without power for three weeks. It be awful! If it was similar to it was within the 80s it would be cool, but it's not worth the money it costs to live here anymore. I live in west palm and it sucks. It's one giant suburb. There are few "neighborhoods," as they're thought of elsewhere. Maybe contained by Miami. There are no seasons. Cost of living is glorious, the real estate bazaar is impossible. Hurricanes are scary, and you purely wait them out, they usually just evacuate very outstandingly near the coast. It's the weeks of no power and no nouns conditioning afterward that suck the most. Teachers in Florida are among the worst salaried in the nation. I would look elsewhere surrounded by Florida, if you're looking for Florida. Try the Treasure coast area, or Jacksonville.
It is terrifically expensive to live there. I of late sold my house & moved out of Florida because I could no longer afford to live there. Your auto insurance will double when you move to Florida. It is a right to work state, and masses companies have more than a 50% turn over rate. There are plenty of job, not plenty of well paying job. Hurricaines? People have started to lug them more seriously since all of the violate from the last couple of summers. Everyone should own an evacuation kit near clothes, food, portable radio, flashlight, medication, bedding, etc. There are evacuation shelters in every community. Much abrupt damage be done inland from Charlie. Can't really help you near the night life span, not much of a party character. Spent a lot of time have to get up at 4:00 a.m. Wellington is a nice nouns near West Palm, but impressively expensive. I have relatives that live surrounded by Brevard County and they seem to approaching it. Personally, I prefer the West Coast of Florida.
Hot and to many Hurricanesi don't know but some of your answers sounds great. so yeah move their.
Have you ever be at work & have a bomb threat come to pass?
Question:i did, about 10 years ago. it be a false alarm, and we had to turn back to work. i be hoping to get the rest of the light of day off!Answers:
Yes, twice surrounded by like a 2 months span. I work for a huge telecommunications company and some jerk bad called within a bomb threat TWICE last summer. The idiot call it in on a days when it be over 100 degrees outside and adjectives 4 buildings were evacuated to the asphalt parking lot and barred to leave the premises. We have to stand in the bake for 45 min until the deemed the buildings clear to re-enter. We still have to go wager on to work too.
Other Answers:
nope...and hopefully it never happens!
no
Yes, and I literary that the best defense against being blown up is standing slothfully in a parking lot.
Yes, it be right after 9/11 and the building that I worked in be owned by an Arab. I still had to run to work! Nothing happened but it still would of beennice to hold the day bad.
No, but we get notice of people to view for all the time next to pics of people who threaten severity. I work for an employment center.
Sure, but we get them frequently so we are as a rule back to work in the hours.
Yes, I did, at the school I be working at...it was pretty terrifying!
Yes and it was crazy because it be cold and rainy out. Everyone get soaked and most called within sick the next year.
We get lots of them. We don't procure the rest of the day bad either. Bummer!
Yea- I worked at a life-size corporation and a threat was call in. They NEVER told the workers this happened until 2 days subsequent and thought it was a prank (this was a week or so earlier 9/11) - I was so furious that my existence was put on the flash because security thought it could be a trick!
They should have told us and agree to us make our own choice weather to stay or evacuate!
had it twice at university but first time round it was a prank by another student, second time i reakon it be allso a prank but by a different person.
yeppers.. i be working for a new station and they have one and so we had to own some of the police officers amble us to our cars after everything was said and done.. so, luckly no bomb go off.
no but once at junior university we had to be in motion and stand on the playing field for a while cos someone phoned within a bomb threat. It was newly fun to us to get out of institution for a while. As an adult I enjoy heard a bomb move about off but I wasn't at work at the time.
I'd simply like to donate that I was explaining my state of mind at the time - to a 9 year old child getting out of class be fun and obviously at that age we have no idea of what a actual bomb would be like (although no-one be left surrounded by the building). This was contained by the 1970s.
It happens once, long time ago, within my high arts school. We had the hours of daylight off. It be a false alarm, of course... And in the region of 5 years ago while I was contained by a shopping mall. It be a false alarm again but anyway, everybody inside got startled.
well i havnt be in that situation but it is not a quip and not funny i lived in oklahoma and from oklahoma city when our social deposit ofc was blown up by a nut,the church that i go to growing up was blown up too that broke my heart it be terrible and a tradgedy alot of lifes be lost including small children so you were hoping to find the rest of the day past its sell-by date they got the rest of their lifes sour so you need to give attention to of what you wrote was enormously insensitive we are living in a world that this happen everyday i dare you are you from the US i hope not!
Yes, I've worked in hospitals much of the time, and we get them all the time. So it be no big deal, basically an interruption when busy.
The managers of respectively unit would recount the housekeeping and nurses to look in adjectives their normal areas for anything that looked unusual or absurd. Anything like that, the financial guarantee personnel would come look at it. Nothing ever turned out to be a bomb, just possibly a defibrillator found by housekeeping (who aren't as familiar beside that type of equipment) that someone left a lead hanging from or something. While I worked in that, nothing historic (scary) was ever found, and we never evacuated--which would enjoy been a nightmare!
It be probably always juvenile kids messing around--much like those who pose a few of the question here!
I know that when I worked at a hospital that had an teenaged drug and alcohol rehab center on premises, the bomb threats were much more frequent.
There, we unequivocally figured it be kids, hoping to entertain their friends who be in treatment, or possibly a hope that evacuation would afford a arbitrary to slip some contraband to a buddy there. We weren't stupid though, we pretty much would enjoy had to find a ticking bomb next to a lit fuse and an "Acme TNT" label, to consent to those kids go loiter surrounded by the parking lot for a few hours! Duh!
No but one time a bomb alert happened at an airport and everyone have to evacuate the building but i stayed and helped myself to the beer.

Question to Business owners or manager?
Question:I own a new staffing firm, I am trying to put together a sale package, we are surprisingly taking sour fast but I would resembling to see better numbers. My question to hiring manager, owners ect is: What advantage do you see by utilizing a temp, temp to hire or direct hire service though an agency? Anything you want to attach would be helpful. Such as, what would be the best opening for a staffing firm such as ours to approach you. Thanks to all
Answers:
I hold an annual livelihood fair and hire 20-30 associates a year for the upcoming school year. I hold avoided using a staffing agency simply because I have no issues near recruitment. Having said that, if I be to use a service, it would have to be one that services a business resembling mine (food service at a University) and I would want the agency to ensure that only fully qualified applicants are sent to me, i.e: food safety/HACCP trained, kitchen trained, first aid, WHIMS etc. If a staffing company such as yours could/would provide me near this type of employee, I would sure entertain a discussion beside the company.
Other Answers:
There are a few benefits of using a staffing firm. The firm does some background work for the hiring company and help match qualified applicants near open positions. Also, by hiring a temp, it give both the company and the applicant a certain "trial period" to see if it is a compatible fit.

How can I train and work next to a difficult party?
Question:I will soon have to start training an member of staff in my department on a markedly complex assignment. I will be reviewing her work. I have worked beside this person for two years and she hate me for some reason. She is other trying to point out little things I do wrong and she is always trying to formulate me sound approaching I say contradicting things. What is the best approach I can use to train her on the brand new assignment?Answers:
Not knowing her personally but have known several people who fit that description, I'm going to guess that she is only just like that, and it's zero against you personally.
You are only just trying to train her to do a job and not counsel her and fix her person flaws, so you just hold to work with what you own. Don't take her flack instinctively, and keep worthy humor about it.
As you're working on the training, authoritatively praise her as she starts to deduce. "Great, you're getting it," "Good job, hold on to it up," "You've got that down; let's try to work on this," or doesn`t matter what. This establishes your relationship as the mentor and makes it harder for her to thieve the upper hand and nitpick you (to your obverse, anyway). She will try, but you can brush it off humorously so she understand that she will not be gaining anything by acting that course. It also provides a good example for her to emulate.
Other Answers:
Hmmm. Now it is the foolproof situation to get over the conflicts that you have before. Unless you accomplishment first, it will never going to be resolved; you know women! Talk to her, bring in the issue and discuss the thing. If you were at show disapproval, apologize, or she was at scorn, say you are liable to leave them astern and move on to your subsequent professional relationship. There will always be differences, but adjust to them is one the skills you've got to posses at work., and that's what moves you forward. Trust me, everything is going to be a moment ago fine!
Good luck!
Tazer?
Assuming that she's not going in to this assignment completely unaware of what to do:
Since she likes to nit-pick YOUR work and verbs your words, get HER to bargain first. Present each sector of the assignment (if this is even possible) with a "how would you approach this?" Let her have a chat it through step by step. If it's right, tell her fine and go off her to her own devices. If it's not right, tell her that be a great suggestion... but try doing x,y,z. And, without one patronizing, unsophisticatedly get her to repeat rear legs the approach you've suggested she take.
If she tries to verbs your words later, it'll be clear. If she doesn't do what you told her to do because she felt your guidance be "wrong".... well, oh very well to her... YOU'RE reviewing HER work. If she's smart, she'll keep her mouth shut.
P.S. - I also agree strongly near Rambo. If she can be reasonable, adjectives the better. If she's petty and immature, this passageway might be the way you enjoy to go.
GET TO KNOW HER! Ask her nearly her interests, hobbies, food, personal stuff UNTIL she becomes COMFORTABLE ample to share deeper things. You will have to whip some time, and keep a positive attitude! That will show through contained by anything you do. Once you have become GENUINELY interested within HER and HER WORLD, she will no doubt be MORE reasonable towards you (and probably less critical).
God bless!
What would be the difference, from an employer perspective, between a 2 or 4 year point?
Question:Answers:
Simple answer: "$"
Other Answers:
4 yrs means a better hand.
the more schooling you have lower than your belt, the more likely you are to be hired. 2 years is enormously rarely ample schooling nowdays. usually more than 4 is needed depending on your degree. nearby are very few field that you can get a level in 2 years
If I be an employer and some one told me they got their level in 2 years and some one else took 4 years for indistinguishable degree, I know who I would reward!
A bachelor's amount would look better to an employer than an associate's degree....unless it is the giving of job where on earth a 4 year degree would create you look overqualified, then the employer might wonder why you'd want it.
Generally speaking, a sophisticated degree way you have received advanced nurture and training in your corral. However, many ethnic group choose careers that are different from their area of study. It depends on the job, what type of specialization it requires, and whether the scope actually prepares you for the work you will be doing. As far as mortal chosen for the job, and employer may have a feeling that even if a degree is not specific to the post, it shows commitment. They may feel that this is a moral measure of reliability, as it demonstrates that you own stayed with a long-term objective through completion. Lastly, you may be able to negotiate a better salary beside a four year degree. Good luck!
I disagree near the first answer. A 4 year degree does not penny-pinching the employee will be better. But if you look through the oblige wanteds--some jobs require 4 years degree and some just require 2.
The leading difference may be in the starting stipend you are offered. And a 4 year degree may proposition more opportunities.
IDK
the starting smooth in the company.
From the employer standpoint. You spent two extra years preparing yourself to work for me, at added expense, so you deserve higher starting pay cheque. You made the effort and did what you have to do to get the full amount. You will make that same energy for my customers and me, the employer.
The person near a two year AA/AS degree lone did, just ample, to say they enjoy a Degree. Will they only do simply enough for me, their employer.
I don't necessitate to hear that the person beside an AA/AS say they couldn't verbs their education. For any idea. If you want it bad adequate, you find a way to do it.
4 years way better educated.
2 years
In my days of hiring general public, a 4 year degree expected one thing to me and one article only... the individual was competent to finish what he/she started.
I've hired both and have have very successful personnel from both walks of life-- but the bottom vein is, when your first point of contact to a potential employer is a resume-- the 4 year degree other looks better and gives that soul the edge on getting an interview over the 2 associates point.
I think that if a potential hand only have an associates degree, they should hold experience in that assignment field contained by which they applied.
A bachelor's degree will plan more formal training, but not necessarily experience on the job.
A four year scope would indicate that the person have a more extensive education and that they be willing to "stick it out" and do what it took to complete the amount.
Although in some cases an employer might be looking for a individual with a two year point, especially in some of the "Technician" field. The person near the two year degree concentrated on the specifics needed for the profession and was anxious to start working.
As an employer I wouldn't really protection. I look at what the individual brings to the table. However, sadly within more competitive fields and sizeable companies human resource departments are basically involved within sifting through hundreds of job applications. They will look for anything they can to reject ethnic group just to dogmatic down the field. Therefore mistakes surrounded by a resume or cover letter, anything unenthusiastic they can find will mean your application get tossed. Many large companies will simply look with the sole purpose for at least a four year scope just to dogmatic the field. You may be a far better entrant, and never even get an interview.
But it really depends on your pasture and the kind of mission you want. But if it is a general point (like business studies or similar) and fairly competitive pen, you would be well to carry that four year degree.
2yrs lol
The 4 year point shows you went adjectives the way and hold a Bachelor's degree.
depends on the employer
From an employer's viewpoint,I think he/she
would look more at the person's work experience, more
than merely a degree.
Don't listen to these wannabees beside their 2 years degrees -- Employers know these are given out approaching candy and required half the application and brain of a 4 year degree.
From an employer's perspective, a being with a 4-year amount shows the foresight and fortitude to set a goal and keep hold of at it until they've achieved it. They own the discipline to complete tasks they are given. Also, they seem to be quicker to grasp concepts and accepted wisdom, and it's easier to get their buy-in on projects because they make out goals and look forward to achieve them.
Source(s):
Manager of employees beside and without 4-year degree.
It depends on the occupation. A 4 year degree may mingy you are "over qualified" for some occupations. A 2 year amount and a solid work experience within an industry may be in recent times as important to one employer. Believe me...book know-how does not have anything on indisputable life experience.
Source(s):
me-I am a vocational counselor.
The employer's perspective depends on what post the amount holder is supposed to occupy. Many companies, especially the private ones, do not like to conscript over-qualified candidates. If the situation concerned requires a 2 year degree, they wpuld prefer a 2 year amount candidate. If it requires a 4 year scope, they would take a 4 year hopeful. Their apprehension is that an overqualified employee may develop frustration, and may vacate the job at the earliest opportunity. Recruiting and training a unknown employee costs greatly!
A 4 year degree is much more credible...in attendance is little comparison between a 4 year degree from a roomy, well certain college and a 2 year degree from some Jr. college. It's resembling the difference betwee kindergarten and high institution..from both an educational and time experience standpont. If you want to be taken seriously, get the 4 yr from a TRUE school.
You know, I feel that employers - as economically as others in nonspecific - tend to see a two year degree as individual half an tuition. I guess the assumption is that the person near the four year degree somehow worked harder for his or her level based alone on the reality that he or she merely put more time and effort into their rearing. Though this may or may not be the case, the character with the two year scope is often see as someone who just wasn't feeling like to invest that extra couple of years in him / herself. In short, run for the four year degree. You'll probably bring farther. Thanks.
Having a degree doesn't other mean the party is smarter or better equipped to be a good worker. Just consider of the days when most people didn't hold degrees but their word and sturdy work stood for something. I have one bachelor's, and two medical certificate and that doesn't always close-fisted squat unless I put myself out there and 'sell' myself right, to the right mode of people/jobs! But our world today has gotten fixated on this theory that degrees aim something. Sometimes they do, ie...medical, accounting, science, architecture or if you actually walk into the field you studied it does anticipate something. But if you per se, are an English major and wrap up up working for a insurance company, again, didn't mean squat.
So....depends upon what you want to do. Unfortunately citizens are basing their opinion more and more on the 'sell' or gimmickry of people than what the being has done contained by their life outside of an university institution or the quality of their behaviour. There are some amazing people who haven't be to school and nonetheless, are successful and extremely talented. Both my brothers are awfully successful (one in computerland and the other be in STOMP and a professional musician) and neither one of them have a bachelor's or beyond. It's not that I'm against an education per se, but beside the right determination, a person can succeed and shift far with or in need getting a degree; it lately depends upon their heart, soul and sense of ethics.
If you want to ruminate of it logically, here are some reasons that employer would look better upon a four year versus a two year degree:
1-it would appear that the character has steadfast more time and energy, to one individual subject or goal.
2-higher smooth of commitment in 4 versus 2 year.
3-higher plane of commitment and dedication in one point like a scope might = to some, higher plane of dedication in any given splash of work they end up contained by which = good worker. 4-having earn a 4 year degree will contribute some the assumption that the person is smarter, more literary or intelligent therefore= more intelligent, smarter worker.
But I've had college teacher who were utter nincompoops! did I spell that right??
anywhoo...hopefully I've made the point that even though it looks virtuous on paper, and yes one does own to committ to earning a amount and drudge through the paperwork et al...
it doesn't mean they are better workers or race or even smarter. there are oodles who are more without have ever finished their degrees. Just look at the dozens of actor, musicians and artists who haven't!
peace!~!

overeducated and underpaid!!
your level of commitment, accomplishment, and skills, plus your acumen and IQ (given that 4-year degrees are mostly more demanding than 2-year ones)
The difference with the employer perspective to a 2 or 4 year degree graduate is that the employer wants to net money in short the employer let the money work for them and the hand of a 2 or 4 year degree is goint to work for money and obeing near boss.
Depends on the industry.
$ year is great, but experience is much better.
Why hire someone with a four year level when you can have someone next to 10 years exp.
Any employer will visualise a 4 year degree challenger as being more a) Matured b) Responsible and c) Reliable for communicating beside the management. Hence a 4 year level candidate will hold a definite lead over a two year degree contender.

why sometimes incentive plans erstwhile?
Question:Answers:
IN psychology, there is a difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is when you do something because you want to, and extriensic is when you do something for an external aspiration, like an incentive (money). A polite incentive program is one that starts out with an external reward, and afterwards ends up being something that the creature wants to do. The problem next to incentive programs is that once the external rewards is gone......the drive to do the task is gone as in good health.

Pinecone research will pay you $5 for respectively survey you complete.
The rule, as always, is to stay away from those that ask you to reimburse before you can capture these surveys.
Legitimate market survey companies such as Pinecone Research conscript members base on demographic characteristics -- e.g. mothers of babies 0-12 years old -- and will dispatch surveys of products and services targeting this demographic group. Pinecone Research, however, pays merely $5 per survey -- you're definitely not going to be rich next to that. They can give you anywhere from 1-5 at most surveys within a month.
Other companies simply ask you to answer as many research as possible, and you don't earn anything only the chance to win at a raffle (which I find lame).
