She NEVER forgets an employee's birthday and is more like a friend to everyone & will run out of her way to lend a hand with anything personal or professional. As a result, she have a low turn-over rate and everyone loves her and works hard for her. Several personnel have be here for years and take it upon themselves to mkae sure the livelihood gets done even if it mode staying over uncompensated. The entire town respects her immensely. That's the boss you want to be!
