There are legitimate work at/from home job! I should know because I have one! However, you must do your investigation of the company first. Check the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) to see if the company have unresolved complaints and its standing.
I must give you my speech... Those who work from home hold to be disciplined and take their businesses seriously. You must be self motivated or you will not be successful. Also I've be told of an odd stereotype around MBA's not sticking around with a errand for very long; lofty turnover, which keeps our available job opportunities unseal. I don't imagine a "Thank You" note is critical, but could be helpful. The record should be written within 24 hours of the interview.
I do dream up that if an interviewer was especially helpful or if in attendance was a special nouns that was above and beyond 'normal' you might want to write a follow-up transcribe.
For example:
You go to an interview and the interviewer give you some hints that will help you be more productive contained by whatever position you find, you may want to express gratefulness for that.
Or suppose you go to an interview and find that the interviewer grew up only just down the street from you in your hometown. You might want to convey a couple recent Old Home Day pictures that you took during a visit home as follow-up.
