For my resume, what title should I use? I am trying to gain a complex position!!?
Question:I work in the business bureau of a non profit organization. I order payroll, deposits, A/P and A/R, banking, website coordinator, work beside board members to ensure completion of projects. The President of the Board is volunteering as Business Manager, so I don't want to appropriate that title. They want me to name my title!I do not own a degree for bookkepping or accounting. (The position I am looking at getting is more along the strip of work I have done for 10 years...so to be exact why I want it!)

It's not exactly clear what's going on - are you looking for a job or surrounded by a job i.e. being formalized? I don't see how your resume is part of the pack of this situation unless you are already planning for the job after this one (smart!).
Business boss seems most appropriate for the duties you act, but, apparently, already taken. Is that set in concrete? Maybe the President of the Board should be the President of the Board, and you should be the business administrator. That's a good title for an administrative soul.
Good alternatives are manager of supervision or office director or - maybe - operation manager. Operations boss implies, to me, more direction setting for the establishment. Manager of administration sounds more high-status than office bureaucrat.

Question:I have be fired from my last 2 job, and laid off the 1 charge before that. During interviews, I explain that I be laid off due to downsizing which visibly was not my reprimand.
