In interviews I have done as the interviewer (and I enjoy done quite a few) I would say aloud one of the biggest mistakes people kind is not having sufficient education of the position and/or company they are applying for. It looks really bad when some one is applying for a company they know little more or less.
I haven't been contained by an interview yet, but I suggest my weakness would be not getting to the point rapid enough, not paraphrasing.
