Most people quit after two months because the organization is horrible. The management is horrible because anyone who works near three months gets promoted because they're the most senior workers!

Weekly is nice because you get money more commonly. It does make the mortgage or rent compensation seem somewhat bigger, but it makes the rest of the bills easier to matter with.

I believe elder applicants are less plausible to be hired because the employer sees someone explicitly more likely to be away from home from work due to illness a bit than looking at them as someone with loads of experience and readiness. There are also those employers that similar to to train employees to their approach of thinking, and that is easier done next to a 20 something than someone that has be around and is more set on doing things their own way.
I am not proverb this type of generalization is right, but these are the reason I have see used to justify hiring someone younger... that might develop to be pretty and stupid or just pretty stupid!
