If you needed someone to be outgoing and aggressive, but instead you have someone who was shy and timid and afraid to complete, would you want to keep them, or hire the right character for the job?
I be fired from a job beside similar situations. Although I though it wasn't fair because "customer service" be not in the duty despcription when I was hired. It be harder for me than my supervisor thought. Its hard to trust those that totter in and you're not sure if they are nearby for clothes or to rob you. I am going for a level in HR so to be truthful near you I would not a write an epic...rather a paragraph or two explaining why you generate an exceptional candidate for the work and how well you similar to the company...i mean expect about it if you be the HR person would you want to read a manuscript?
I ruminate that 20 pages is a short time excessive.Ten pages should be plenty to show your interest in the company and what you can bring to the table. Short sweet and to the point is other the best way to jump.
You should definitely write the dissertation but keep it for yourself. Just remember the strongest points contained by the essay and tactfully find a road to squeeze it into the conversation during the interview.

I would just do a short rag maybe, im surrounded by HR and I wouldnt want to read 20 pages. However your position is noteworthy so I would try to think of ways to increase sale or marketing ideas you hold and present them so they know you are capable of doing the helpful of work a district manager does.
