I think you should look while you remain employed at your current commission because, if you have any bad feeling at all, you may be tempt to just quit and pace out at some point during your interactions with your boss. Did this boss (I'll assume male) engineer a play for you and you blew him off. If this is so, you get yourself a sexual harrassment case if I ever saw one. He should not know how to do what he is doing without some giving of fight or rebuttle.
