oh, and no need to transport me a thank you note for my inference, a small gift will suffice. I work surrounded by recruitment and would read aloud this is a definite no-no. I would suggest you appointment your recruitment contact (unless this is the interviewer) and articulate that you were appreciative of the interview although you would appreciate your comments are not passed on until a declaration is reached. I still presume this is a little outlandish (I only know this to hold happened once within 9years in this field) but does show you are appreciative but mind not to sound desperate. -Most of all...Relax! Get plenty of rest the darkness before and arrive more or less 10 minutes early to an interview.

I don't know if you "can or not", but I would anyhow. What have you get to lose? Be honest about what your current restrictions would be. Depending on what your errand role at the company is, and whether they have the dimensions to make "rational accomodations" for you, will weigh into the response here.
Honestly, it will also depend on your past narration. They're much more likely to "invest" and nick a risk for someone they rate as an asset to their company versus a mediocre employee.
Remember, though, it is more high-status to get better than to rush into something that could set you pay for health-wise.
