First, you can not undo what is already done. So seize a baseball bat and go out vertebrae and beat the heck out of a tree until you obtain tired. It will make you discern better. Second, only you can spawn yourself "happy". Do things for yourself first. Buy a new dress or outfit. Take yourself to a sit down lunch. The point here isn't to spend alot of money but to do something for yourself. Put yourself first. It will cause you feel better and don't ever devise that you don't deserve it. Contact a friend (female) and spend some time with them. Maybe even clutch in a movie together. Get the notion?

Divorce is one of life's most stressful occurrences. It take time to recover from such a trauma. If you have diabetes, you'd take insulin, right? If you have a broken arm, you'd go to the doctor and attain it set and put in a sort to heal.
Why, afterwards, won't you go to a doctor to obtain help near your depression? Once depression hits, it causes chemical change in our bodies that usually can't be corrected in need medicine. There is no shame surrounded by asking for help to attain through this difficult episode in your enthusiasm. Please don't wait any longer.
As for your opening, I do sympathize. Life is sometimes unfair. Think of it this agency: The more you learn the more fit you become. Concentrate on your recovery, and start taking steps toward varying jobs. It will distribute you a sense of empowerment.

lacking knowing the size of the company you work for, if you have a human resorce dept. try asking them. also do you own any documentation that they promiced to reimberce you for your expences? I think he's basically trying to hang onto the money as long as he can, considering it's a small company. At least possible now you enjoy his email as an unofficial documentation; save any of his other emails on this subject and give somebody a lift it up to Payroll or HR or something. $2K is a lot to dawdle this long for. He's not so much a "man of his word" anymore, is he, since he slacked on on the "pushing this up [his] priority list TODAY." I bet this wasn't the first time he said it.
Go to HR. They will beyond question get it done ASAP.
