Answers:
The ability to spread bull sewage

Other Answers:
confidence bordering on arrogance usually. And a very incredibly thick skin!
resourcefully theres such a hugh number of jobs that sale person can decline into, im gonna go near a car salesman and i chew over they need to hold confidence- lots of. they need to be capable of talk to anyone, any social status, they call for to be polite but not over polite and most of all Dodgy lol
cofidence but dont be to cocky
looks don't hirt i will buy anything from a handsome guy
The wherewithal to annoy people into buying their products!
Good interaction near the customer, understand what the customer requests by thinking with the customer's mind, powerful eye-catching selling and item presentation, accessible prices.
the lack of a concious and greed.

anyone can put up for sale if they are willing to bend the truth.
i've be one for over 20 years and i would say gooey skin is a must. you must believe in your product or you will project negativity to your potential buyer.you must be greatly self critical...if you are not selling well...it is tremendously easy to blame external factor such as...the weather... the area you are working...the customers etc....the problem is you! you must redeploy your apprach, style, body language etc.dont be pushy- be laid rear legs but assertive and confident...do your homework on your product and listen to your customers ...set your own realistic target...sales managerssometimes set you unrealistic target which can leave you deflated...hold on to yourself fit as your mind and body work together because it can be mentally exhaustive at times.......take your time as i hold seen masses many family burn out in this hobby...but most of all ...wallow in it !your customers will also pick up on this...i hope this has help...feel free to e-mail me
Confidence, creativity, appearance, intelligence plus the total absence of morals and a conscience.
You've got to own the gift of the gab.

Believe contained by what you're selling and promote it without going over the top. Be confident, well-presented and treat your customer next to a lot of respect. Most importantly, tolerate in mind that YOU are doing them a like better!
one thing customer really hate is make them believe you are only just after they money nothing else, how to avoid such point is by being honest only say the the truth even that you not going to provide your product and do not turn your back to them as soon as you capture the money from them keep your smile until they exit the store and give full intention to subject even if they not buying!!

average pay cheque for babysitter?

Question:I was asked to babysit for a woman I know. She have 3 kids ages 6, 9, and 11. Also, there will be another 11 year outdated for one month. I will be watching them two times a week for 8 hours per day. How much money should I asked to be compensated? I don't have much experience babysitting, so I'm not sure how much to expect. Thanks!

Answers:
I would articulate that you should ask at least $10 per hour. Four children is profoundly, especially if you do not have experience. Also, ask the parents to provide money to dance out and do fun things, like the movies, bowling, rime cream, etc. Getting out of the house to participate contained by activities will give support to you keep your right mind!!

Other Answers:
It depends where you are from. I'm within the midwest and pay $500 a month for daycare for one child (I work 40 hours a week). This averages give or take a few $2.65 an hour. With 5 children? You're crazy!

I'll tell you what I wages. I have one babe-in-arms girl. I pay 8.50 an hour to a terrifically experienced person. She charges 2 extra dollars per child if she watches any more than that. She charges 10.50 on holidays.
If I have three kids I pay an inexperienced character about 10.00 an hour. Or I'd compensate her a flat rate of about $80.00 a morning.

Don't let this entity get over on you. 6.00 dollars an hour is righteous plus 2 dollars for each extra kid. That's 10.00 dollars an hour. When you achieve more experience ( 6 months worth or so)you can charge more. $20 per kid per hour ! You should give a 10%discount for multible kids from equal family and another 10% past its sell-by date if it's at her house and another 10% off if she have cable to keep the kids mesmorized and another 10% bad if she let's you use the car and another 10% sour if she feeds you and any friends you invite over and another 10% stale if she has a wearing clothes swimming pool and another 10% off if the kids are truely okay behaved and another 10% stale if she authorizes you to use corporal punishment and another 10% off if she furnishes you near a full tome cell phone and another 10% off if she give you health safekeeping benefits with dental and another 10% past its sell-by date if she hires a maid to clean respectively week so you are not expected to do any of that. After you access all the bennies consequently tally the price and hand her the bill.

be this rude?

Question:i don't brush my teeth in the morning and i dance up to my coworkers and give a "cannon" of doomed to failure breath by approching them from behind and blowing out a 'PUHHHH" when they appointment my work shody which happens seriously. they get pretty angry. i contemplate i have a right to do this and if i attain fired i will sue for discrimination.

Answers:
I gotta make clear to you that if I had an hand who displayed that kind of behavior within my business I would sue him for breech of contract. Several businesses are doing just that presently (and frequent have won) because they've lost money on training their hand and then gain negative results from their investment because the hand shows no interest in doing the assignment they were hired for. This may nouns like a jape but it's true. The labor workforce isn't like it used to be, because businesses are have to make serious investments within training costs alone and they have to expect results. Remember, accepting a post is a business contract and you have a moment ago as much a part to play surrounded by that contract as the company you work for.

Other Answers:

Why surrounded by the heck don't you brush your teeth in the a.m? Yes explicitly rude!!

Extremely rude and childish behavior. You won't hold a leg to stand on if you sue.

If you like your assignment I'd suggest dropping the 12 year old antics.
as expected it was rude, you're not merely irritating your coworkers, you're rotting your teeth. you do not have a right to blow smelly breath within people's faces. perchance you should look at the quality of work you're doing, if it happen a lot, instead of merely blaming it on others. i feel really doomed to failure for your coworkers
ya think? haha yeah it be rude would u want somebody to do that to u?
Source(s):
put yourself in thier shoes
it's rude, but I do it alot too.

Shoddy work, shoddy breath, shoddy manners. Seems to be a pattern in that.
yes it is
Why do people on here not realise you're taking the piss?? Some of your question are good though..lol
gross and rude
is your work shoddy? if so after they don't deserve being treated contained by such a way only just for speaking the truth. if it's not shoddy, then they're only speaking out their --- and it'd be best just to give the brush-off them.

your lawsuit will also get thrown out of court if it even get that far. getting fired for shoddy work and/or mistreatment of employees (creating nouns in the workplace) is not nouns.
Well, you're the one with the breath that smells close to you've been ingestion dogsh*t all hours of darkness, so I would say the joke on you and I wouldn't plan on making out with anyone soon.

By the passageway, hope you and your gingivitis are happy!
You are what is prearranged as Passive Aggressive. Rather than deal beside a situation rationally and logically you would to some extent go roughly speaking it in a instrument that leaves the other person to traffic with the problem.
yes,i regard as that is impressively rude, because you would not want people to do that to you,and especially if you year has be going good so far.It sounds resembling you are rude, uncaring and a tremendously nasty creature.
Source(s):
none
If you get fired, it might, only MIGHT be because of shoddy work. Your employer has a right to fire you for that. And you're rude entry is pretty darn close to an invasion of privacy. Whoever you do that to has a right to lift it up to HR for the fact that you get too close to them. And that could get you fired. They also enjoy a right to take poor hygiene issues to HR. And it would NOT be nouns. Somewhere along the road, you probably signed your employer's policy regarding adjectives the things you could be fired for anyway. If your John Hancock's on that paper, you can't sue. While you're at work, you are expected to feat professional. Do that.
Any and I mean ANY vicious behavior will come pay for at you 10 fold! That is vicious no matter what opening you put it, but darling its your karma not mine. How ancient are you? You'll figure it out eventually. Living "pure of heart" is not a concept contained by your book yet and probably wont be for a incredibly long time. You will be treated the same method but only worse. Ever deliberate that might be a reason they want to fire you? And FYI: an employer may fire a entity at will if he doesn't like the color of your cloths! It is not nouns. You can look this up on line if you would close to, it is true. You cannot prove discrimination by a long shot-even the black associates would have a rock-hard time proving this to a jury. Good Luck and enjoy your Karma.
The reality that you don't brush isn't so bad but the reality that blowing your bad breath contained by peoples face is disturbing. Then again I don`t know your breath doesn't really smell. If you really hate your charge that bad to grasp fired or don't make satisfactory that you got to sue them look at it this channel if you get fired and don't win your broker and if you freshly quit it will make some body else that much richer.

how am i supposed to answer if my interviewer asks "why do you want this profession? "?

Question:actually i will attending an interview within a respectable company...that's why
you guys know sometimes this interviewers ask stupid questions.
pls backing me.....

Answers:
I have have a number of job and have worked for lots large, mid-sized and small companies. Your interrogate is a very valid one, because most employer have asked this.
What is advantageous is when you understand WHY they are asking this. I appreciate this quiz.
My answer will be 2-fold. The first part will explain WHY they are asking this press, and the second part will include some willing to help answers.
To TRULY understand the WHY, it is effective to try and imagine yourself on the "other side of the table", i.e. picture that YOU are the one who is trying to hire an employee.
Anyhow, here are reason WHY they are asking this:
1 - Employers want to hire someone who will bring VALUE to their company.
2 - They want someone who has a biddable WORK ETHIC.
3 - They want someone who is dependable.
4 - Most want someone who is resourceful.
5 - They like someone who is advantageous.
6 - They all want someone who have a proven track record. ((There are ways to overcome this if you hold no experience :) ))
Here are some answers I would NOT recommend:
1 - I need a employment
2 - I need to remuneration rent
3 - Just looking around
4 - Because the job looks polite and good wages.
((The above answers signal to the employer that you do NOT have THEIR interests surrounded by focus.)

OK, now here are some possible answers to your press:
1 - I want this job because I am looking for positive ways I can contribute. I concentration that the job call for ____ skills. Did you know that I did this when I was contained by high college / my prior job, etc.
2 - It seem like this assignment calls for "attention to detail" skills, or "general public skills", etc. I have repeatedly been told that - this is one of my best intrinsic worth, so I think I can contribute greatly, especially within this area.
3 - Your profession calls for a expeditious learner, and I am known for erudition very vigorously.
4 - I want this job because it offer me a way to mortgage while being competent to help your company grow, because I can contribute my talent.
5 - You know,I wanted a duty that would enable me to use my ____ skills, and this chore would be perfect to enhance my ___ skills and give a hand your company at the same time.

((The bottom column is that you need to determine WHAT they are looking for, AND communicate to them how YOU CAN FILL THAT NEED.) :)

If you want to try a spiritual approach, or if you want to find the best times to apply for a job, distribute a resume, find the best places to attract money, etc., you may want to check out http://www.AstroWishes.com
Hope this helps.

Firstly I think u should not be overconfident
Secondly don't read out that "ur company is best co." & all sorts of rubbish
Thirdly basically be cool and say anything advantages u feel u hav from that co.
I have that question until that time. I used something about the company to answer but I forgot exactly what it be. You need to afford them an answer that they wanna hear. Like if it is a lumber yard for instance, you answer something close to: "I enjoy working near wood and building stuff with my hands" Or speak its a computer place: " I really enjoy using and working beside my home computer and I am actually honest at computer work" Get the drift? You can add stuff approaching: " this job is close to home so I wont own to travel far" or: " I have hear alot about this company and its adjectives been good". You gotta try to win them over surrounded by order to house the job. Be upbeat and you will do just fine.
you can vote you are looking for a good exposure to enrich your education and be a part of the organisation and do ur best within achieving the aspiration....or u can say u r looking contained by for more challenging art and say u quality it is the rite place for u (dont say best place)
Source(s):
Me...IT-Recruiter (the one who asks such stupid question as u said);-) at times guides u as hw to answer... ;-)
Some first advice from an HR expert...It is an everyday natural life at work for your interviewer. The thing that you are endorsement an interview allows you to get contained by the spirit of the company for some minutes.Showing the right cognition and understanding contained by this "hidden" moments will get you the switch to answering the crucial question...The one and only thing you would own to answer to yourself beforehand is "how bad you want the job".

Key word: Cynism
This is what I appointment the "money" question or "contract maker" question. It can be this answer that get you the job.

TAKE IT SERIOUSLY.

If you really want the undertaking, tell them "I want to be a bit of the best _"fill within the blank"__ in the business. Your company have a reputation above all others and I want to be a sector of its success."

You enjoy to convince them that you are a team player and that you want to be on their squad.

Simple as that.
Why do you? Figure that out and tell them.
Charm them -- darlin....
(know something roughly speaking the place BEFORE YOU get to the interview.........)

"I've researched "soinso" Corporation, and touch that it is the type of Corp. that I would like to GROW WITH... and become an ASSET to..........You are the OUTGOING ... or SELF STARTER.. or MOTIVATOR... etc... that they NEED........

Mention the Bennie's that are offered and that within your opinion, the Co. is moral to it's employees........

End it next to --- "I'm confident that I am the type of individual that this Corp. employees........."
Source(s):
Bait them --- ! (it's adjectives BS anyway... good luck!!)

What are some tips when going for a career interview?

Question:for example type of clothing or things to say and what not to right to be heard please help.

Answers:
Like frequent career direction experts, Steve Fogarty, staffing partner at Waggener Edstrom, says candidate should research a company thoroughly before an interview. And if the company is a private firm, that's not an excuse to skip doing your homework.

Where there's a will, there's a path, and finding a way to pull information on a company "distinguishes the great candidates from the moral candidates," say Fogarty.

Consider Fogarty's company, a large independent public relations agency. He say that if someone were trying to find out roughly speaking Waggener Edstrom, the candidate could clutch a number of steps. In tally to simply visiting the company's Web site, joining a trade running like the Public Relations Society of America would almost indubitably give someone interested within his company exposure to people who work within.

Fogarty offers a smaller amount conventional method as well: "People might know how to find a press release that one of our PR people have written and contact that person and read aloud, 鈥業 saw your press release. It looks really good. Would you be enlarge to me asking a few questions? I'm doing research on your company.' That's a track to get information."

What else can you do to modernize your chances at the interview? Try these tips from Fogarty:

Be Concise

Interviewees incoherent on is one of the most common blunders Fogarty see. "You really have to listen to the cross-question, and answer the question, and answer it concisely," he say. "So many empire can't get this key thing down. You ask them a query, and they go bad on a tangent. They might think you want to hear what they're clich茅, but they didn't answer your question."

Provide Examples

It's one entry to say you can do something; it's another to distribute examples of things you have done. "Come next to a toolbox of examples of the work you've done," advises Fogarty. "You should come and anticipate the question a recruiter's going to ask based on the requirement of the role. Think of recent strong strategic examples of work you've done, after when the question is asked, answer next to specifics, not in generality. You should say, 鈥榊es, I've done that beforehand. Here's an example of a time I did that鈥?' and then come posterior and ask the recruiter, 鈥楧id that answer your question?'"

Be Honest

Somehow, candidate get the summary that it's best to try to dance around difficult question. "If you don't have a skill, simply state it. Don't try to cover it up by talking and giving examples that aren't relevant. You're much better bad saying you don't hold that skill but perhaps you do own some related skills, and you're happy to give an account them about that if they close to."

Keep Your Guard Up

According to Fogarty, you can split recruiters into two schools. There are those who are massively straight-laced and serious, and candidates better bear the process seriously as well when dealing next to them.

"Then you have recruiters approaching me," he says, chuckling. "I'm going to be that candidate's best friend when they call upon me. My technique is to put them at ease, because I want them to share me everything, and a lot of candidate mess up in this nouns. They start to think, 鈥極h, this guy is cool. I can recount him anything.' And then they cross the flash." And that can take a aspirant out of contention. Remember: Always maintain your professionalism.

Ask Great Questions

Fogarty say nothing impress him more than a really good interrogate that not only shows you've researched the company surrounded by general, but the specific work you're hoping to land as in good health. "That makes me turn, 鈥榃ow, this person have really done their homework. They not only know the company, but they know the role.'"

Depends on what you are going for. In general, dress professionally. Study resourcefully the company where you are going to be interviewed....such as products they take home etc. Be prepared to answer questions such as what make you better than other candidates...so focus on your strengths...espeically the ones that coincide near what the company is looking for. Prepare your own questions to ask the interviewer. Normally...at one point of time they are bound to ask you...if you hold any questions. That give you the opportunity to have your question about the work or the company etc answered. I think in attendance are some really good tips on the www.workopolis.ca website as capably. I think that within aren't many things that you sould know when you applying for a opening. But some are important .it depends what features of job is and how much do you necessitate or want to start working. First you should be dressed appropriate for the interview and should be in as much as righteous looking because the first sight is remarkably important. In the interview you should be silent and i think deed natural fundamentally important to show you confidence and motivation to work.As any post money talk is also defining. The money u shoulld take must be on the smooth you are in the moment because but for u cant make progress on your work. The other things i chew over will come up by themselves if u are confident and natural :)

Most major is that an interview is two ways, so make sure you ask as much as you answer. Also be prepared! you never own a second chance to cause a first impression, so show that you hold invested time to learn anything info is available about the company and/or industry. Also, own an idea of what you are looking for, and be comfortable articulating it.

2. Do your homework on the company - be prepared to answer why you want to work there, show them you meticulousness about the company. Look at their website, do a G00GLE look into on articles and/or the people who will be interviewing you.
3. Practice expected q's. Be direct & concise. Always 2 mins or less. Be sure to prepare for the "Tell me roughly yourself" question or "Walk me through your resume" as in good health as "Tell me about your strengths" and "Tell me something like your weaknesses."
4. Prepare q's for the Q&A branch. Ideally, use your homework to help formulate virtuous q's. Do not ask abt salary/benefits...ask q's that show you really care abt the company.
5. Firm greeting & good posture during interview - convey confidence (but not cockiness).
6. When asked q's try to mull over about "CAR" - context, undertaking, results. So, what was the situation, what be the actions you took, and what be the results you got. Answers should be lower than 2 mins.
7. Prep work: Think abt the skills they are looking for in the just what the doctor ordered candidate. Think abt examples from your departed that demonstrate those skills. Be sure to weave those into the interview.

Good Luck. First young female just relax. Ask yourself what can i do to serve this operation, then communicate them your answer with confidence. Do not over dress because you will be stressed out on trying to top yourself from next on, just look classy this is a look that will never travel out of style. Keep in the hindmost of your mind that if for some reason they do not hire you it is not the fall of the world. This way you will not appear desperate. look at it as their loss. Ask question that you need to know the answers to do your employment the way they expect it done, you cannot read their mind so ask. All ways look whoever you are conversation to in their eyes, show them your confident surrounded by your abilities and you hold nothing to salt away. go get'em tiger.
