I work in healthcare and they hold a CTO (cummulitive time offered) bank. After so frequent worked hours the hours for your personal bank accumalates. Then you use the hours in attendance to pay for your time rotten on holidays. It kinda seems unwarranted. I guess that regulates how often employess choose pocket time off and whether they want to seize paid or not.
