You will get what you want"
An employer is expected to treat his FIRST CUSTOMERS which are his workforce treat them the best way possible. Employees that are treated more or less and well. ( fitting salary, bonuses, leave, sick days, good work environment, honourable communication is a must!)
In return, employees will love working for you and will treat YOUR customers close to if they were their customers.
Expectations are met when you know them...
Survey your human resources and you will find out what they expect.
My biggest expectation is for the employer to do their best to keep moral soaring.
Steady bussiness. Room for advancement. Challenges so I can grow.
What a great question!! My expectations are: respect for my time, experience and challenge; good avenues of communication; a undamaging and healthful workspace; room for humor and fun in the workweek; to be not here alone during my 'off' time. You notice that money have no place in this schedule. Most employers foot what the market will tolerate and not a penny more. It's wasted application to stress over asking for increases when so many individuals are available to fill positions.
That he/she works beside his/her employees.
That he/she is unfold to suggestions for improvement.
Practice What They Preach {Code of Ethics} Yeah right .Help Employee to credit {some not all help} incline at end of year ??my employer is blind and deaf to that one.IM QUITTING!!
to money good and be do
To be treated fairly,.....anyone a woman working in a man world is hard plenty.
To overpay me and underwork me!!
To treat me with respect as i would do the and in recent times be up front and honest.
Loyalty and Fairness
That they provide the employee next to the right "tools" to do the job. Offer competitive foot with benefits. Empower the hand by providing an open study environment. Show appreciation for a job okay done!
Friendliness and tolerance would be my expectation for an employer. Total honesty without backbiting would be an assett as I, an member of staff, would wish to strive to get his/her business a success. Open communication would support both the employer and employee and making sure that our personality would not clash would be another expectation. A willingness to instruct a potential employee (like sending them to college for a business course for example) would be another employer expectation or taking the time out to train them. Giving employees likelihood when and if they fail (and it happen for we are human), and a willingness to take paid according to the organization work habits and practice, would be my expectation for an employer.
My expectations for an employer - that they would have total respect for me. I don't close to to be whistled at, fingers snapped at me, I do enjoy a name.

I look at it as if I be an employer how would I like to be treated? If every employer would be that opening the team work and personnel would be better.

You get biddable employees by respecting them.
Basically adjectives I desire is one thing...to be feel like I am needed. It can be the worst profession ever, but if i feel that i am worth something than I will work my best to prove that.
Important roles, right backgrounds, experiences, why you are taking the profession, and a reason to be hired.
I deduce an employer should be at least as smart as me. Not that I'm as smart as a beat. He/she should know that I want him/her to make money as resourcefully as he/she does. I mean if "they" don't take home money then I don't hold a JOB. He/she should be a "people" person. Be competent to talk to a hand in a civilized tone. Not have a chat as if they are better or smarter than me.

I'm currently going to college, and I work module time. I'm making 9.40 an hour now, but I want a job that pays more but doesnt require a level. Starbuck's you bring in tips, so you would probably make more+ benifits, target I would guess you would construct the same, Nordstroms if you trademark sales you receive commision, so you can make profoundly more.
From my experience...

Longevity pays off. Companies want ancestors who stay. If you constanly think here is greeener grass on the other side of the fence....after you are constantly starting over.

Find a job and company you gel next to...and stay there for at tiniest 2 years. If you haven't moved up after 2 years...then survey for other jobs.

It's adjectives about you....you are within control of your destiny.
NO
Stop by the other places and ask. It never hurts to ask. And don't forget about benefits. E.g., Starbucks is considered one of the best companies to work for because of how it treats its workforce - this can make adjectives the difference in the world.

Credit or debit? What's the difference?

Question:I work at a store and customers purchase things with their debit card. Some put in the picture me to make the transaction as debit, some narrate me to make sure the transaction is run as credit. What's the difference? What are they trying to avoid?

Answers:
Sometimes there is a duty associated with running a debit transaction to be exact very similar to using an ATM device which is not affiliated to your bank. Some folks want to assure that they will not be charged this tax. Others just don't supervision to enter their PIN # or might not even know it.

It is also important to register that the store you work at is charged a higher processing rate for a debit transaction run as a credit card than it is charged for a PIN debit transaction. There is also a panama on the amount that would be charged for a debit transaction while a credit transaction (even if a debit card run as credit is used) is charged a flat percentage rate no matter how considerable the transaction.

Other Answers:
credit means they don't certainly have the money.... so they are using a credit card.... debit means they hold the money on the card, that is why they use it as a debit card.

Debit cards remove the amount in a jiffy from a bank portrayal. There has to be money within the account for it to work. A credit card a short time ago "charges" the amount to an account, for which the individual later get a bill they have to repay. It puts off salary, but it involves interest charges, so it costs money to use it. Credit and debit cards look the same. A credit card is subject to a pre-set spending ceiling; a debit card is limited by how much money the soul actually have in the edge account it's attached to. I hold heard that if you run it as credit, that the money does not come out of their description immediately. With debit, the money comes out more summarily.

Those people must hold low account balance or something.

a debit card takes money directly from your dune acount so you have to enjoy the money to spend it. a credit card is something were the credit card company pays for it and later you have to pay envelope them bach plus entrist

credit card=no $ needed but have to wage back+intest
debit=you have to hold the money in your dune acount to buy Debit you use your own money

Credit you use the Banks money Some stores don't get charged a excise for using a debit card but they are charged a percentage for someone using a credit card.

That's why some places they ask if it's credit or debit.

A debit card is "attached" to a bank or reserves (or Pay Pal) account that have money in it.

A credit card however you don't enjoy the $ there and you'll carry a bill for it later and be charged intrest if you don't retribution off the be a foil for in full for the month. The debit is what you received, and the credit is where on earth you received it

Other Answers:
Well #1 rule is just to be relaxed and confident.

Secondly, at hand are some generic types of questions that masses employers ask. I'll chronicle a few below and you should practice your responses.

1. Why are you the best person for this charge?
2. What are your strengths?
3. What are your weaknesses?
4. How do you fix and schedule yourself?
5. Describe "customer service"?
6. Where do you plan to be within your career 3-5 years from very soon?
7. Do you prefer to work in a troop environment or alone?
8. What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

One question that I HATE is the one where on earth they ask you to tell them what your greatest strength is and consequently turn around and ask you what your greatest weakness is. Hello?!! Do they chew over I am going to "tell on myself" near regard to my weakness?!! I think specifically a stupid question! How are you certainly supposed to answer that?

Should I be a CPA or a legal representative?

Question:I have a point in Latin but it's not getting me anywhere. (imagine that.) Would it be better to rob two years and get my CPA license or bring 4 years to get my canon license?

Additional Details

I love numbers and I love finding loop holes. Tax laws enjoy so many loop holes. It's amazing how you can do like peas in a pod return 50 different ways and still stay within the perimeters of the ruling.

Law in standard interests me in duplicate way. So tons ways to get impossible to tell apart thing done.

Answers:
Go for the CPA and afterwards you have income while you travel to law college. Or if you love being a CPA next you can just stay where on earth your at.

Other Answers:
Why not mix the two? Become a tax legal representative of some sort. Seems like the best of both worlds!

Good luck surrounded by your decision =)
Be a CPA, so you can screw a legal representative for the rest of us!
You could do both. I had a professor within college teaching excise and he had both, it really help with his nouns. He could do a lot more to back his clients than just a cpa could.

I'm trying to revise latin, any pointers?
u should make ur own disions not permit other people engender them for u if thats how u want it 2 b ur goin 2 have a tough time contained by ur life, stand up and breed a good desion, hope its the rite one!
I would support you to go for the CPA. There other will be a need for a CPA-regardless if the bazaar is good or fruitless.
It depends on what you feel would be more rewarding within the long run....you should be comfortable with your choice regardless of the income possibilities, but lawyer, I believe are the higher income earners and this depends on who employ you. If you do cpa work for the very rich, later the rewards could be enormous. Maybe try going into a dual occupation...gain certified for the accounting side and go for the regulation degree also....consequently you will be versatile and own more to offer when applying to companies. Your resume can't back from being full of atmosphere if you are educated and qualified within both fields.
Definitely dance for accounting--sounds like you would soak up being a corporate accountant more than a public one though. An accounting point takes smaller amount time/money/effort than a law point, and if you are still interested in canon, you could get a charge as a fraud investigator with a financial institution or even the FBI or CIA.
