Anybody can put up a note that say the BBB endorses them. If they have a live connect to the BBB reliability program that will tell you something. Or you should contact the BBB.
The BBB does not even use words close to ENDORSE. They can tell you how frequent (or few) complaints they have have on a company and how the company has responded to those complaints. They report facts - they don't uphold any product or service.

not neccesarily, they could have gotten that other ways, i would move about straight to BBB and look them up or call the BBB and ask almost them, dont always trust what u see.
I don't muse the BBB has much reasonableness, really. At least, I've never particular them to be worth much. And what is to stop a company from putting a fake help on their site?

If a company really is certified by the BBB, after it is probably legitimate. Displaying a trademark and really being certified may not be alike thing however. The best item to do is contact the Better Business Bureau in teh nouns in which the company is located and ask them what they know roughly that company. You can find local BBBs at: http://www.bbb.org/
