Answers: I hold myself to very high-ranking standards and expect those around me to meet those same standards. It's undercooked, but every now and consequently I may come across wrong and hurt a co-workers feelings. I am a squad player. I am very ready to do what I can to help my co-workers out. As a result, I may spread myself a bit then and go and get stressed out. You want a weakness that could in fact be a positive. Also, let them know what you are doing to correct that feebleness. You don't view it as a spinelessness..you see it as a growth opportunity to be a better employee.

I use duplicate one that seems to work for me. I am a customer service / sale professional with inbound call. My weakness would own to be public speaking (not applicable to the jobs) but I am working on it through the Toastmaster group. Make sure whatever you influence as a working on it comment is something you're familiar next to in covering they then ask question about it. I know give or take a few Toastmasters so I can then sermon about how it is or have helped me. Don't sort your weakness related to your livelihood. You can say "I am a changed smoker" or something that is true that turns your distrustful to a positive. If this is a job interview or something significant like that, than cart a weakness that puts you surrounded by a good bedside light.like when they ask what are your flaws, you don't' want to consent to them know the flaws that make you look desperate, there are weakness and flaws that can make you look correct. Like you have a spinelessness for punctuality, you are never late, or you enjoy an organization shabbiness, you feel similar to you must be organized at all times.stuff similar to that I guess. Well, one thing that one of my business profs told us is to spawn anything negative appear positive.
For example, I will use myself:
My weakness is that I sometimes over-analyze things. I look at the small details of every situation and that sometimes do things "the tricky way," but I still capture them done!
So, even though it's a weakness surrounded by some cases (at least I consistency like it is), you can turn it into something positive by making it seem to be like a fitting quality.
