I am working as a overseer within the a multinational firm.dis is my 1st organizational post.I am have enormously frozen times because the systems and the procedures are simply Bull ****.I am at branch stratum.The headoffice have no other bearing but to please the region.I am contained by cont. stress since i m not coming upto what standards I want me and my troop upto.
