So I have to drive an hour away to an actual store to return it, and reorder the correct one. They give me my rates final for my benifit, I believe. Now as nearly a month have passed since the reorder, I call to check on the status of the replacement shade. Turns out UPS shabby the shade, threw it away and didn't do anything something like it. It's within JCP's annals, but no reorder or repayment have be given to me. I'm give or take a few to phone call JCP stern and ask if near have be any investigational plan of deed as to when I'm gonna win my shade.Now, I don't want to be a misery or anything, and I want to do the right entity But I'm irritated and I want my shade, and I kinda want my money pay for too.
