And why those independent contractors abandon their empoyee's (and the employee's famities) by paying them $500 a week SALARY), and they work from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 to 7:30 5 days a week, and require their empoyee's to work on Saturday for lone $50. What I discovered is that the aspect of your experience beside this company depends on the support of your District Team Leader and the individual store you're placed near. In my individual store I observed several unprincipled practices (including upper administration gossip in the order of squad member, hiring nouns, hand nouns, adjectives hours to avoid benefit payout). I reported them to my District Team Lead and be told to progress near the flow and stop making breakers. I disappeared not to long after that experience.
Pros: Nice gross, great benefits, excellent training
