What state is the best place for a small startup to Incorporate?
I'm in California and can incorporate here, but the minimum franchise charge is a hefty $800/yr. We don't anticipate generating revenues for another 6-12 months and a modest amount for that event. I undertand DE, NV and WY have some great advantages for sundry reasons (ex. lower cost, income levy, privacy, etc).What state offers the most advantages when incorporating? (C-corp, S-corp or LLC)
