Which is safer, Amazon.com or Ebay?

I want to try buying stuff from Amazon.com, but I wanna know first if it's safer than Ebay. Also, do I have to create a Paypal narrative to buy stuff from Amazon?

Answers: Although I have have good experiences beside both, I trust Amazon more. With Amazon, you are dealing with a prearranged, major retailer. On eBay, although most seller are honest and trustworthy, you do not know exactly who you are dealing with.

Amazon accept many forms of reward, including most major credit cards.
I enjoy a Paypal account. I hold had fitting luck with both.
