I've worked at Frito for 2 years now as a route driver. Before that I had worked for 3 other route companies in the snack business. Frito is the best. The pay is great. The job itself is not easy especially if you've never done this work before. At first it can be very difficult with long hours until you get the job down. In this day and age though it is better to work for a large company in my opinion, and with Pepsi owning Frito-Lay as well as many other food companies the job security is safe.

As many of you already know, within May 2008 eBay will be changing it's Feedback System (http://pages.ebay.com/services/forum/new... While most eBayers agree that it wishes to be "tweaked", they are "overhauling it". The biggest change explicitly infuriating eBay sellers is that they will no longer be capable of leave Negative Feedback for a buyer.As a dealer, I am furious about this convert and so I have sent a note to eBay. Answers: I've been an Ebayer since 1998- and it make no sense- and its unfair..

So communicate me this- When a seller have a deadbeat buyer, what can they do? They have to set off them positive feedback?

Nope, it doesn't really affect me. I'm a power hawker and sell over 300 items a month. I occasionally leave negs for buyers, and surrounded by the few occassions I do because of NPB, they have usually be NARU'd by the time I go to check out of the neg.
If you are doing everything right as a seller, you don't own anything to worry almost. This new rule have come about to weed out the hobby seller, and the unprofessional sellers on eBay.
I am within favor of the change. I judge it will help find rid of the scammers, dishonest, and unethical seller on eBay. Won't hurt me a bit.
